I really like this!

This moisturises nicely without being greasy at all. I also love the scent, it's soft and I found I loved it as a handcream which is unusual as I more often than not hate scented hand cream. My skin is super soft after using this so I will continue with it and also give a few of their other products a try too.

Healthy glow

I decided to try this after reading through great reviews. I have combination dry / oily skin but at the same time is quite sensitive and most creams react. Being this is more natural without all those nasty chemicals I was more swayed to try them. I am loving the product my blemishes and dry skin have completely gone, it's non - greasy.i have been using for the past month and I now have great glowing radiant skin I like the pump bottle so you only use what you need so no wastage and the large bottle last longer and at $19 a good price.

Tips: Using in conjunction with the nigh cream

Thanks for the advice, I have large pores & oily combination skin subject to breakouts even at my age (50's) so I will try this, it sounds good.

This is great to hear, my skin sounds the same as yours and I struggle to find products that do what they say without causing a reaction. Where do you buy this??

Part of my nightly routine.

This was included as part of the Essano rosehip kit I got from Countdown. I became interested in rosehip oil after reading so many fantastic things about it on the forum here.

I am a little fussy about facial moisturiser - I don't like to put anything really perfumed on my face as it tends to flare my red cheeks up.

This doesn't do that at all! This sinks into my skin like butter. It is so easy to blend into my skin, doesn't leave a nasty feeling residue and my skin feels soft after using this.

I love to use this at night as the cream is a little thicker than the body moisturiser. Since using this (and the rest of the range), I haven't had dry skin and my redness has slightly reduced.

I love, love, love this. I will be repurchasing it before it runs out - I can't be without it haha. I highly recommend using this or at least giving it a go. It's amazing.

Tips: If you haven't tried this range before I recommend going to the supermarket and getting their 'starter kit'. It has 4 different products in it that are a fantastic introduction to the range, and it's really affordable.

MaddiPham - To be honest I don't know BUT this doesn't make my skin feel oily or greasy whatsoever so I think you could get away with it? I'd probably avoid the rosehip oil but this sinks into my skin so maybe it would be the same for you?

I haven't used any of these products on my scars but I have heard that the oil does help scarring, although I haven't used it for such :)

Surprisingly great

I was skeptical about this brand because I tend to be a bit of a skincare snob and this is from the supermarket, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality! It absorbs really easily, has a delicate scent and leaves my face feeling lovely and soft. I am keen to try some more products from the range now.

sticky!

Now for me this would be yet another average facial moisturizer. And I have to say I was a tad disappointed because I was believing all the hype and thought this was the miracle product.

Lets start with the the consistency, it was just too sticky for me. Well once it was on my face it just felt really sticky. In the bottle (yes I opened it) it seemed a little thin also when pumped in the hand it felt the same.

I did not think this was super moisturizing, it was pretty average. I myself would recommend this to normal skin. Also I did not noticed any "help" from the rose-hip oil either.

Now to the best thing with this product, the scent! The scent is to die for! Who doesn't love the rose like feminine scent. This really put up my rating up on the product. Its all because it makes me feel really womanly.

I really like this product it has a very mild scent and it is very handy being in a pump I first tried it as a giveaway but have since bought a full size bottle It feels lovely and light on skin. No more dry patchy skin for me.

A new favourite! x

So I've been holding off this review for a while now making sure that i really test out this product since it is a skincare. And i think its time to review this gem.

I have dry skin, sometimes very dry, sometimes normal but i just always classify my skin as dry skin. Sometimes i do get a bit oily depending on the temperature, just a little bit, but very unlikely. Moisturisers are an essential to my skincare routine and I've always gotta apply it before bed after my cleansing routine and before my makeup application.

The consistency of this product is in between thick and thin. Its not thick and not thin either in my opinion. Thick is something like the Benefit Facial Cream and thin is like the Simple Light Moisturiser. I really like how this just soaks in to my skin and my skin just drinks it up. I always apply this after i wash my face and it does take a wee while to set, probably a minute or two.

The scent is not very noticeable for me, theres no distinctive smell so its not perfumed and that might be good for people who don't like scented products.

This benefitted my skin over the time that I've used as it really hydrated my skin, especially since its heading to winter and its really kept me moisturised for the whole day when i apply it in the morning. My makeup application has been flawless and I've experienced no flaking on my skin. I didn't break out at all, no red cheeks and i find that its contributed somewhat to evening out my skin tone. My skin has been normal since and hasn't been incredibly dry since I've added this to my skin care routine. Its become a staple item.

The bottle is very big and i was quite unsure if it was worth the $20 price tag, but I've changed my mind and it certainly is. You only need to use a small pump, not even a half, to moisturiser your whole face and with the big bottle, I'm sure it will last me a while.

Tips: Don't use a full pump or too much as it can give you an oily impression as it soaks into your skin.

I pump 1/4 of a pump into my fingers and rub the product between my hands and pat it into my face starting from the sides of my nose which is the centre of my face and working my way to outer perimeters of my face. I find that patting in the moisturiser instead of rubbing it in really moisturises my skin making it smooth and is much more gentle than rubbing, also helps avoid wrinkles.

Fantastic moisturiser!

I love this brand now, like many others who have wriiten such positive reviews.

I brought an Essano trial kit from Countdown, which included this facial moisturiser.

Other products in the trial kit included Rosehip oil, cleanser, night creme and body moisturiser. The little bottles are so cute, and the trial sizes a perfect size.

I have to be so careful what products to use on my skin, as i tend to get dry and sensitive skin (eczema prone).

My skin tends to react to different products, so this was a great way to try all of these products to see if they were suitable. All of these products were fantastic and caused no irritation to my sensitive skin.

First of all, I love the packaging- so stylish and looks like a luxury brand , when its so affordable. The pump is great, and makes it so easy to use. I much prefer pumps, more convenient and hygienic!

It find this facial moisturiser a perfect consistency and absorbs easily into my skin. My sensitive, dry skin feels hydrated and moisturised. It evens out the dry patches over my face and creates a better base for my primer and then foundation over top.

The hint of rosé is lovely and very subtle.

Such a fantastic product, yet so affordable. Im so glad i tried this out, as its so much cheaper than my clinique and Estee Lauder moisturisers! This brand is quickly becoming my holy grail products!

Five stars! Would recommend to anyone with dry, sensitive skin. I'm definitely going to buy the large size of this!

Rosehip Regenerating Facial Moisturiser

First of all, I love the smell of Rosehip! This could be a downside if you aren't a fan as the scent is initially quite strong.

This moisturiser absorbs right into my skin, even as I am putting it on. This is a huge plus for me, as a lot of moisturisers feel like they sit on the surface of my skin. As it absorbs so quickly it makes a good base moisturiser under a full face (primer, foundation, powder).

One downside to me is that it doesn't have any sunscreen (SPF) in it.

I have non-sensitive combination skin and have yet to have a bad reaction to any kind of facial moisturiser.

Essano Rosehip Moisturiser Review

This is such a good moisturizer for the price. It smells lovely like rose hip, the smell is quite strong though so I would not recommend to those that don't like strong smells. Its packaging is good, it has a pump, personally I only need to use about half a pump for my face. It absorbs nicely into the skin and doesn't cause any irritation to my face, it leaves my skin looking radiant and feeling soft and smooth. I paid $19.99 for 140mls which I think it great and super affordable and will last me a while.
