Dermalogica Active Moist Moisturiser

I was introduced to this product by my beautician and haven't looked back! Dermalogica Active Moist has to be my all time favourite facial moisturiser. I have combination skin and have struggled to find a moisturiser with the right balance, not too oily , and not drying as 'oil free types usually are for my skin. To me, this ticks all the boxes. This moisturiser leaves my face refreshed and soaks in quickly leaving no oily residue or shine. This is a quality product and although it is quite pricey, a little goes a long way and it is worth every cent.

This is the best moisturiser I have come across. Yes it is expensive but I find for my oily skin that it still keeps me hydrated but I never get extra oily. It absorbs fast, it's light on the skin and can still add sunscreen and not feel weighed down on the skin.

This product is very lightweight and a little amount does tend to go a long way. It leaves your face feeling moisturised without being too greasy which is perfect for my oily skin. Dermalogica have also recently allowed customers to send back their empty bottles for them to be recycled which I really like. The only issue with this product is the price, it is very expensive and then are moisturisers out there that are cheaper and do a similar job so would only recommend if you want to splurge.

This product is one I used professionally and personally, but I just found it a little bit too light. I like oil free moisturiser but this just left ny skin feeling like I needed a lot more hydration and nourishment. I would end up using two or three times as much but it was still missing something. I found it the same with client skin. Just not quite enough. It's a shame because it has some great ingredients, but I think even for really oily skin (like I have) it's still not going to be quite enough as it's thehhydration you need to receive to control your oil flow. A shame given the price.

I have used this product both personally and professionally and I absolutely rave about it, as i do with the majority of Dermalogica products. Its a Great moisturiser for those who have a combo oily skin. It is lovely and light to put on and in no way feels like it would clog your skin up, which it doesnt. Any fragrance in there is a natural one from the ingredients used as dermalogica only puts in things that are going to be beneficial, not all the extra pretties that you dont need. Spot on product, I love it.

It was such a relief knowing that i have a product that actually works and does what it said it will. My skin always gets wind burned and i swim alot in the ocean so being able to come home and use active moist moisturiser is so great!!!

A moisturiser that is light on the feel is how I would describe this. I am a big Dermalogica fan, I haven't yet found a product in their range that I don't like. The active moist moisturiser really makes my skin soft, it goes on lightly and is absorbed by the skin very quickly. There is no scent on the moisturiser, is a real winner for me with sensitive skin.

I first used this product when I was living in the UK and loved it, it is one of the best I have used. Its a lightweight moisturiser and so very good for combination skin like my own, it does not leave that oily feeling. A very good quality product but I find it a little to over priced here in NZ unfortunately, but it will last approx 12 weeks as only a small amount required.

I think this is an excellent brand i used it all through my training as a beauty therapist and it really helped my skin balance out, good for dry patches too!
