On contact with the skin, it transforms into a light oil and then into a milk that gently removes dead skin cells and impurities during rinsing. When I discovered that scrubbing your face 3 times a week wasn't actually good for it, I was on the hunt for something that had the same effect minus the damage. So glad to have found this one, a lovely YSL rep was so helpful to me and gave me 2 weeks worth of samples to try before I committed. It is fantastic, you don't get any redness post using this product and it leaves your skin feeling amazing. The closest thing I can think of to describe it would be a kind of emulsification. Do moisturise after though, my skin felt pretty dry after. Its not cheap, but like any YSL product, it lasts for ages.
Tips: Apply onto dry skin until consistency changes then rinse off. You can't do this one in the shower ladies!
