Since using the Garnier Green Labs Pinea-C Cleanser & Serum daily, I’ve noticed my skin looks healthier and brighter with an outer glow. I find the 2 products work well together and they have made my skin feels hydrating and smooth. I like the SPF content in the serum, it is such a smart idea. The 2 products did not cause any irritation or breakouts on my skin.
This Regime is perfect for someone who is looking for convenience and wants to save time on beauty routines.
These two garnier products are the bomb! A power house mix.
The cleanser is amazing! Gentle, light weight, makes your face feel smooth. The list goes on! I haven’t noticed a lot of “ glowing” yet but I’m hopeful that the longer I use it, I might see the GLOW.
I wash with the cleanser at night and apply the serum in the morning when I get up.
The Serum is by far my favourite out of the two. It makes my skin feel and smell amazing. I don’t look so “ dull” in the mornings. I apply in the morning as it has spf in it which helps through out the day.
Highly recommend both products! I’m going to buy some of these for my younger teen sister! But really any one would benefit from it.
Tips: A little goes a long way!
I used both products one after the other as a routine. I had a head start on the cream/serum so actually started to use this a few days earlier! I first used the cleanser gel wash which left my skin feeling moisturised and clean. It didn’t leave a dry feeling at all. After the gel wash I used the cream/serum/sunscreen and would leave this on during the day. It was quite easy to apply make up after using the cream/serum and my skin looked super smooth. I feel like my skin texture has improved significantly after using the regimen as I have quite bumpy textured skin which has started to tame. I found that my skin started to look brighter and fresher looking making me feel more confident!!
One thing about both products I dislike is the fragrance they both have. It’s not a bad smell but I feel is unnecessary on my skin. But saying that it didn’t cause any reactions which is my main concern so can’t really complain!
Using these two products really let my skip steps in my normal regimen. I would cleanse my skin and then apply the cream cleanser straight after which would act as my serum, sunscreen and moisturiser all in one! So actually save time which is definitely a bonus for me. Also having less products definitely saves you money in the long run.
Both products definitely complement each other and I would keen using them together especially since I didn’t get any reactions to them which is quite rare!
Tips: I think both products together work amazingly. But you don’t need to have both products to see the results. You could choose what you want to add to your regime and where it would fit. They both definitely do what they say they would, and if you just want the cream/serum it doesn’t have to be paired with the cleanser, using them together is just an added benefit of using the ingredients in two forms on the skin.
These products together are an absolute dream. I find before I even use the serum the cleanser has already brightened up my skin and given it a youthful and glowing appearance, I struggle a lot with hormonal break outs and after using these products I have found my skin looks a lot clearer, brighter and more “awake”! The cleanser goes so far that you really don’t need a lot to do the trick, smells amazing and gives that real deep clean feeling. I use the serum day and night because I absolutely love the formula of it, not sticky, not too thick, just a really beautiful consistency. It soaks in to the skin super quickly and looks great under make up. I keep getting asked what new foundation im wearing but I haven’t changed my make up routine at all so it’s all thanks to these products that my skin is looking and feeling drastically brighter and smoother!
Tips: Serum has a very intense sunscreen scent, I love this but it may not be for everyone. The cleanser goes really far so I find a pea size amount is enough to cover my whole face and get a really deep clean.
I Loved this product!, The packaging is simple which i like, i love that both the Serum and Gel wash are very very light weight so a little does go a long way with both of these & anything with Sunscreen is a win for me. The also like the smell on both of these. I think they definitely do as they say, my skin is more bright and looking good at the moment after looking very dull and bland and i think this also makes my make up go on better and look a lot nicer. I will definitely continue to purchase this

I really enjoyed using both of these products, they have a great unisex smell, thats not too overpowering. The gel cleanser is one of the best I have used, it was my favourite product of the two. The cleanser made my skin feel so clean without overdrying. The moisturiser and serum cream is such an interesting concept, and I loved using the cream. It made my skin feel so soft, and I normally have a reaction to new moisturisers but this was hentle on my skin. The only thing for me personally, is I prefer a thicker, richer moisturiser for my skin. This would be a great summer moisturiser as it is light and smooth - and helps with pigmentation at the same time!
I was really surprised by this new Garnier range - it was really great to use and didn't feel 'cheap'!
The packaging and branding is lovely, really clean and simple. Both the pump of the cream and the tube of the cleanser are functional and practical.
I tend to look for 'basic' formulas, avoiding fragrance and too many filler ingredients - in spite of the light fragrance I found both of these lovely to use.
I love to use the cleanser in the morning it's revitalising and freshens the skin.
The serum-cream I also use in my morning routine as I don't need the SPF at night obviously.
Both products used together smooth, balance and even out my skin texture and make a good base for makeup.
It's a great duo for someone looking to put an easy skin care routine together.
First up - what gives with the name Garnier? At first I thought 'ooo Pinea-C' it must be a new type of vitamin c, like when all of those Lypo-C supplements came on the market a few years ago. So I was pronouncing it 'pin-ya-c'. Then I realised the Pinea was the first part of 'pineapple' and now I don't know what the intention with the name is. Pine-a-c? Pin-ee-aa-c? Is there an intentional pun I'm missing?! And so I repeat...what gives Garnier?!
I love the packaging - Garnier have nailed it with the Green Labs range, it's cute, it's neutral, it screams mature-young-adult. I really appreciate it.
I ended up loving this range more than I thought I would - it does what you want a basic skin care routine to do. I think if you have youngish skin, not too dry, not too oily, and are looking for an easy routine, this is perfect.
It leaves skin soft and bright and is lovely to use.
No complaints here....other than the weird name!
The Garnier Brightening Gel Cleanser and Garnier Green Brightening Serum Cream have worked wonders on my skin. After using these products for a week, my skin feels super hydrated and soft. I have not noticed much change in my uneven skin; however, my fine lines appear to have reduced. I absolutely love that the packaging is made from recycled materials.
The Garnier Brightening Gel Cleanser has a runny formula which makes it quickly foam up when massaging on wet skin. It has a very subtle smell of pineapple which is ideal as I do not typically like strongly scented products. After washing my face, my skin felt smooth and clean.
The Garnier Green Brightening Serum Cream is a thicker textured moisturiser that also works as a base for makeup. I only needed to apply one pump of the serum for the product to leave my skin feeling super soft and hydrated. Like the gel cleanser, the serum has the same lovely subtle pineapple smell. I don't wear makeup as often however, I did wear foundation for a few days to try it over the serum. My makeup stayed on all day and my face remained soft and hydrated.
Overall, I am super happy with both of these products. They have definitely become a permanent part of my daily routine.
I love Garnier products as a drugstore brand and this routine definitely does not disappoint. The routine was nice and gentle on my skin and, in the morning, the only other product I added in was a toner, making it a very quick and easy routine to use. My skin was definitely clean and didn’t breakout when switching to test these products. Would highly recommend as a drug store level routine!
