Dove Summer Glow Review

I use this product every year. A friend of my cousins reccomended it too me at the beach one year and she looks great. It's the only product she has ever used. I gave it a go and love it. You apply it just like a moisturiser. Generally I apply the next day after I have exfoliated and shaved. I use light to medium as my skin is very fair. Gradually it builds a natural looking tan.

The minute I change from leggings to cropped under the knee capri leggings I get out the dove summer glow. Used for 2 days in a row, it is a good semi tanned colour. Then I use it twice weekly to keep it up. A fabulous moisturizer as well which gives your skin a sheen.

Yay!!! I love this, it does exactly what it says it will and smells great, unlike a lot of others out there. After using this 3 times I have an amazing golden tan colour and if you saw my legs before hand you would be truly amazed :) .. No need to lie in the sun hours on end with this on hand..

I simply love using this product. Not only does it moisturise your skin it also gives it that healthy glow of summer. It certainly makes me feel better and not having to spend hours in the sun.

I love this product, it is so easy to use and I don't have to feel like I am blinding anyone when I reveal my legs for the first time after winter. Not only does it add a bit of colour but it is a great moisturiser as well.

what a lovely fragranced lotion. It rubs in so well and creates such a subtle tan that looks so natural on my skin!! It dries quickly enough too. It does leave your skin feeling a little sticky after you use it but nothing overly worrying. I think I’m in love!

I love this product! I use it everyday for 2 or 3 days to reach my perfect shade of golden, then keep using every couple of days to retain the colour. It goes on easily and feels good on my skin. It doesnt come off on my sheets or clothes. Easy to apply with no streaks. It makes me 'healthy" looking without turning me orange or yellow! Love it, just not so keen on the scent, its not a strong smell, but just a smell that hangs around.

I think this gradual tanner tans more than other brands I have used, which is why I like it as you start to see results after just one application. I use it for about 7 days in a row then apply once every couple of days after I've reached my desired tan colour.

This product is excellent value for money. After just one application in the evening, skin is a light brown by the morning. And it is a great moisturiser. Takes about 10mins to dry. It does have a slight smell. No colour comes off on sheets.

As with any tanning product, the most I would use it for is about 3-4 days in a row and then leave it to gradually wear off before starting to re-apply a week or so later - otherwise you will get a build up of the tanning colour, which will eventually not look that great. A fake tan is never going to be as even or last like a real one and there will always be little imperfections around elbows, knees, ankles, etc.

I also use this on my face and it works very well. It is pretty forgiving...I have never had any dark patches or signs of a fake tan on my face after applying it.

I recommend it to friends.

This is a very good self tanning lotion for a natural gradual glow. It is easy to apply and has a double purpose as a good body moisturiser too. It gradually tans your skin each day giving it a nice "sun kissed" natural tan, unlike other products which make your skin orange looking. The bad side is it has a funny smell. But gives great results
