NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner For Normal to Dry Review

While I liked this product (It left my legs feeling smooth and soft though I wouldn't use this product to replace my usual moisturiser, especially after shaving as I didn't feel it did the job) I can't see what point of difference this product provides. It doesn't replace using soap or shaving foam, it's just a moisturiser you use in the shower that doesn't moisturise as well as the one I use outside of the shower. I would really have loved to see this be a shaving foam and moisturuser combined and still deliver a hydrating and super soft feeling of the usual out of shower mosituriser.

My daughter introduced me to this product, which I had never heard of. It's great!

I have now tried a couple of varieties from the range and my daughter just gave me the honey one to try too.

This range comes in generously sized plastic bottles, which have the dispenser at the bottom which makes it easier to use everything up.

The lotions are creamy and lightly scented - I'm not a huge fan of strong scents, so that is a bonus for me.

This product leaves my skin softer and more moisturised, whether I've been in the ocean, in the sun, at work, home for the weekend...whatever happens in my day it's nice to have that extra layer of moisture.

I actually love this product so much. It comes in a generous size bottle and is bottom heavy so sits nicely in my shower. The smell is amazing! Love it. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and nice and doesn't leave that tacky feeling that lots of other moisturisers do. the only down side for me would be the amount you have to use every time. I cannot see the bottle lasting as long as I'd like. I will definitely be buying this again and it will be part of my beauty regime from now on.

I've had some hit and misses with Nivea products. Some really lovely products and some rather disappointing ones. Who doesn't know the ionic blue and white Nivea packaging..it's been around for so long and its a trusted brand by many.

I was lucky to get this as a freebie in the 'black box' by sampleco. Beauty products are always a delight and very welcome when I get them in here.

The first thought that I got when I looked at the packaging, was wow its big and will last a while! The packaging is sleek and stylish, coloured in the usual iconic white and blue Nivea colours.

My fiancé started using this first and said to me, 'that stuff in the shower is really good'. This made me very excited to try it, as he hardly ever comments on beauty products lol.

And I have to agree with him. The formula is quite a thick consistency, white and it is is easy to smooth over your skin in the shower. It's gentle and good for my dry skin. Before getting our of the shower I rinse it off. I'm a fan of the subtle refreshing scent of the lotion as well.

My skin feels super smooth and moisturiser after using this. I think its a perfect idea, as I sometimes forget and lack the time to moisturise my body after getting out of the shower.

Will definitely be repurchasing this little gem. Also, it's so affordable for the large package you get.

The white 400mL bottle with blue font is bottom heavy and stands firmly in the shower. Although is does take up a bit of space. The flip lid is on the bottom to conveniently squeeze out the skin conditioner.

The skin conditioner feels smooth and of an average consistently. It is not heavy, nor thin and runny. I've been using the Sea Minerals scented skin conditioner and have found it smells fresh and neutral. Once applied to my skin I feel well moisturised but tend to use a lot of product, equivalent to about the size of an apricot, to cover my whole body. After rinsing the product off my skin feels more moisturised than I would have expected from a rinse off skin conditioner. My skin feels fresh, moistured and supple.

I would definitely use this product again as it is really convenient to use in the shower and is faster than moisturising after showering and drying.

The bottle is easy to use, squeezeable with a flip top.

The soft, white, creamy product glided out of the bottle into my hand and was easily applied and quickly absorbed into my skin.

The scent? wow! it smells like the garden of heaven!! beautiful!

After stepping out of the shower and towelling dry, my skin felt like silk and stayed that way for hours afterwards.

I'm surprised this product only costs $8.95, as it has the quality of a much more expensive product. AND, you only need to use a little of the product to cover your whole body!

I highly recommend it to others to try as it is a quick and convenient way to moisturise with a silky and aromatic product.

I was quite excited about getting to try this, it seems like such a good idea, but unfortunately it just doesn't feel nice on my skin. Squeezing it out of the bottle, it reminded me of conditioner, and it felt nice enough to start with, and felt nice applying to my skin in the shower. But when I rinsed it off, it left an almost tacky feeling to my skin, which wasn't nice at all. I've given it to my mum to try, because I know other people who love it, so hopefully she will get some use out of it, but it definitely didn't agree with me!

Yum! this product to me has to be one of the best out of the Nivea Products i have tried. It has a nice smooth cream texture with a lovely scent that lasts most of the day. i like how you apply in the shower and it works wonderfully to keep my skin silky and smooth. I also think it is a great idea cause it cuts out the whole body lotion applying after the shower. I think the bottle could be little bigger tho, but will definetley be purchasing more, very impressed!

I think it is a great idea, I have always been kind of slack when it comes to body moisturizer, but it is so quick and easy to do in the shower. I also like that you can dry yourself afterwards, so you aren't waiting around for moisturizer to dry before you can get dressed. It does leave a waxy coating on your hands that I am not fond of but it comes off with a bit of soap. Leaves my skin nice and soft and is great value for money in my opinion.

I really like to use NIVEA In Shower Body Skin Conditioner For Normal to Dry Skin in winter, when the thought of getting out of a nice, warm shower and applying body lotion is unbelievably unappealing to me. A little of this goes a very long way and it's so quick and easy to put it on. I love the Nivea fragrance - clean and fresh. It's one of my favourite basic, budget-friendly body moisturisers. When money is tight and I can't afford my favourite luxurious body lotion this is the one I usually buy.
