I got this moisturiser in the sample sized Essano pack, and was excited to try it as I've liked a few of the other products. However this product was a massive let down, purely because it smelt terrible!! Unlike other products in their range the scent is sickly sweet, and incredibly overpowering. After the first use I couldnt fathom using it anywhere but my feet (which I then cover with socks), and washing my hands afterwards, as the smell lingers for ages on them too. In terms of its actual moisturising qualities, its hard for me to comment but it has helped my feet a bit.
If I wasn't so stingy I would have throw this away, and I will probably pass onto someone else rather than use it, as someone else might be able to stand it Overall will definitely not be buying this one again.
This is another product that I picked up at the supermarket in the Essano Treat You Skin Pack Rosehip. It was only $17.50 on special which was a crazy good price. I was actually after a new night cream but love trying new things anyway. I didn't actually need a new body lotion as I have a few waiting for me to use as I don't use it daily. I really like this wee pack though and was pleased to be able to try some of the goodies from Essano in these deluxe sample sizes so that I knew whether my skin agreed with it before jumping into the full sized products (although they are very reasonable). Also thought it would be great to chuck in my travel bag as it is so small at 20ml's.
The trial size comes in a wee squeezy tube so I can't really comment on the packaging for the full size.
I really like how thin this cream is as it feels really nice to apply. The cream itself smells nice (sorry I really can't think of what) but is quite subtle so you don't feel like it is overwhelming. I found it was really easy to spread over my body. The majority of it did sink in really quickly but it did leave a wee bit of a tacky feeling for a few minutes afterwards which I hate. But at least it did all sink in eventually.
I really like this lotion, which is weird for a body lotion hater like myself. I think if I ever run out of body lotions (including the two body shop body butters I currently have) I would definitely look for this in the supermarket again.
