Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion Review

Aveeno is a body moisturiser I continue to buy. It really does hydrate for 24 hours like it claims. I have quite dry skin so have to moisturise if I don't want my legs looking like snake skin. If I shower and shave then apply Aveeno in the morning, my legs will still be smooth and hydrated when I wake the next day. And that is what I want from a moisturiser! For it to be long lasting. I like that it doesn't have an over powering fragrance like many other moisturisers do. The pump bottle works well until you get down to the last little bit at the bottom. Then if you want to not waste it you have to unscrew the pump and try scrape the last of it out which is a pain.

I love a good body lotion but need to be careful as my skin is sensitive and my legs especially can get a bit rashy after shaving them and applying lotion.

I like to use this after a shower, it gives me no irritation at all and it makes my legs feel silky smooth after I shave them, yay! It is lovely and thick and I can't really detect a scent.

I am quite enjoying using this at the moment, my skin feels hydrated and soft. It is very affordable and is a great size which will last for ages.  Aveeno is a great brand.

I suffer periodically from eczema. Especially on my hands. I use a prescribed barrier cream and then I use this to moisturize, over the years I’ve tried many combinations and this is by far the best moisture relief, it’s great for the whole family as it’s not a heavy floral scent, we all rate this product highly

I often gets extremely dry skin, especially on my shins. Causing an annoying irritation. After using Aveeno once I got instant relief, and after one week the issue was gone. This soacks in well, unlike some other moisturisers.m, and isn’t greasy. Slight fragrance that isn’t overpowering, so doesn’t impact on perfumes on deodorant. This has become a daily essential in my beauty regime.

I received this in goodie box or sample bar and the little tester was great. So I went out and got the full size product. The little tester bottle is such a great size so I kept it and put some more into it for my travel bag. Anyways back to the product. I love it. I use pretty much any lotion whatever is on special, but i will be getting this when I can from now on. I have sensitive skin and sometimes my skin gets irratated when i apply some lotions, knowing that this lotion is for all types or eczema. The lotion does hydrate your skin and it is good for dry skin. I will buy this again.

+ First Impressions : Clean, fresh, well labelled bottle with handy pump that can be locked to save any messy mishaps. I love the look of all the Aveeno products. I also have a couple of tubes of this for travel, it's that brilliant.

+ Product : I have seriously sensitive, easily irritated, red, blotchy and eczema prone skin. I have used this lotion for years and it is fantastic for daily application when my skins not going through a bad patch (in which case I switch to the beyond fabulous Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion as it just has that little bit of extra hydration). I apply 2 or 3 times a day to my hands and also on my arms and legs after showering. I find this works best when my skin is still a little bit damp as it locks in the moisture better. I like that it doesn't really have a smell too, I tend to get sick of lotions that have added fragrance. Only reason I can't give this 5 stars for effectiveness is because my skin can be SO dry it's not quite enough on it's own to fix the problem - I am sure if it was more on the normal side it would most certainly get a perfect score.

+ Tips: One thing I will say is you do not need to over apply as it will just sit on your skin if you use too much.

Our family use this every day, sometimes twice a day. Goea on well, absorbs well and keeps my dry ezcema prone skin soft and moisterised. I love it!

Love this for sensitive skin have used when I have been sunburnt and on sore red skin and have had no reaction just nice and soothing I am no too sure if I agree that it is not greasy though the hydration lasts and it has caring additives
