my hand need help in winter and this seems to do the job. Cant say I love it but for the price specially the little ones it does what I need it to. For me its the smell, its not heavenly which makes me not so keen but when I need something to smooth my hands and help stop them cracking Im pleased I have many of the little ones around the house or in my handbag.
I've used this for many years, and it's the perfect compact size, considering you don't need much. I feel like it doesn't sink in that fast compared to creams (this feels more like a gel) but maybe it's just impatience! Nice and lightly fragrant, nothing too complicated ingredient-wise.
This product does what it says it will but if I am being honest, I really dislike the smell and texture! It would be great if they put some more natural scents into the product - maybe essence of some sort? But smell and texture aside, it is a really good product and does moisturise hands really well.
This is a good basic handcream for me. I have had many of the smaller tubes of it and they are great for popping into your handbag. It does leave your hands feeling soft but occasionally I feel it is a bit oily and leaves too much on my skin.
I was expecting a creamy consistency but instead it does feel quite oily. It was the go-to hand moisturizer during my time in Europe and saved my hands from cracking further. Great travelling size and very "handy" in places with very low humidity. I still use it when my hands look pretty dire.
Tips: Slowly work into skin, small amount goes a long way.
It is a must have for winter. It moisturises my hand, nails very well. The cream absorbs into my hands and softens it. It is not very greasy which is good. It is a good product but not my favourite
I stumbled across this accidently. I did try this out but it left such a greasy feeling, I wasn't in too much of a rush to repurchase this. This is definately more for people with really dry skin. I believe it will work better. I have normal skin so this didn't really work for me. I will definately turn to this product if I ended up having dry skin.
My first encounter with this hand cream was when I first came to NZ about 10 years ago. I was unaccustomed to the dry weather in NZ, and my skin suffered horribly. This hand cream worked a treat, as it helped with my dry, cracked skin. I used it not only for my hands, but also my elbows, knees , ankles and lips! It's worth bringing around during travel, especially during winter.
However, this cream is very concentrated, so can leave hands feeling sticky. I wouldn't use it on a daily basis, but it's definitely something I would use as an emergency skincare/beauty item.
Tips: Apply sparingly - a little goes a long way! A pea-sized amount is enough for both hands.
I use it as a lip balm when I need extra protection for my chapped lips. I also use it for cracked heels.
A great thing to use it for is when wearing new heels. Apply it on where the shoe would rub the skin, and you're less likely to get blisters from any new or narrow shoes.
i found this hand cream really good but it smelt really bad so i use this only if i run out of my other hand creams as i cant get over the smell
Tips: a little goes a long way
