Tips: Theres this contour powder im going crazy for at the moment its by elf its the contouring blush and bronzing powder i love this and it was only 3dollars :0 amazing!
No pigmentation at all. Although its a handy size etc this was a big disappointment and so not worth buying.
I got the Revlon Photoready Sculpting Blush Palette in 004 Berry. This is an amazing idea by Revlon having the Bronzer, Blush and Highlighter in 1 Compact. It makes life so much easier. The packaging is really cute and strong which I like about it. You get a "circle" of product.1/4 Bronzer, 1/4 Highlighter and 1/2 Blush.
I wanted to love the product itself, But I just cant. Its way to chalky and you have to apply alot of product to get a decent color pay off. In saying that this palette did last me a while though. My fave in this palette was the highligher. I loved it so much, it was the perfect shade to make the light bounce off my face.
It is good for sculpting your face, It has the right products to create defination and it gives you step by step instructions on how to sculpt/contour. This palette definatly does what its set out to do, but with little color pay off.
Over all its a good try by Revlon and I would recommend this palette to someone who was starting off their makeup collection or learning to apply makeup.
Tips: Might pay to use your own blush and bronzer brushes. As the brush supplied is not the best quality to apply this product.
I tried this hoping for a cheaper alternative to high end brands but unfortunately this didn't do as I hoped. They are not very pigmented and I tried applying many layers with not achieving the look I desired.
Tips: You are better off buying a blusher, bronzer separately
I wasn't a fan of this Product. It was very Chalky and not very pigmented. I found for the cost I was better off to buy something high end from the USA, at least I would enjoy it! I found that because it was split into three separate areas it was way too hard to get a normal brush in there to apply to my face.
I brought this palette for easy use, but it is the complete opposite ! the idea of having a blush, bronzer and highlighter in one is great ! but this product is too small for brushes, and has terrible pigmentation. I was really hoping for more from the product. It just needs the depth of colour found in other revlon brushes to make a great product.
I have this kit in the colour 001 Pink Rose, the pigmentation is terrible. Highlighter and blush are okay but the contour colour is a joke.
HOWEVER I take this with me in my travel case as the blush is okay and I use the contour and highlight powders on my eyes, the contour colour is a great crease colour and the highlighter is great for highlighting your brow bone and inner corner for a basic eye look.
Tips: The small size and close proximity of the different powders can make it tricky to apply, I squeeze my powder brush together with my fingers to make a smaller surface area and apply that way. It seems to work okay and you don't get other product on your brush.
this makes contouring and highlighting very easy for beginners however it is rather small and can be rather difficult to use. its good for a more natural look as the colours are not very heavy
I purchased this blush after a fairly rushed consultation. I was nabbed by the revlon consultant whilst checking out a vacant counter of a different brand. The revlon consultant was so lovely that I think I literally purchased because of her willingness to try and help! In actual fact this blush doesn't give enough depth of colour. In photo's my cheeks looked super pale! I do like the idea of the 3 sections, to highlight, contour and blush. I think the design of the compact is too small so using it is a bit difficult. But it did get me using blush properly. I did use the highlighter with other blushes. Otherwise this has been relegated to the bottom of my make up stash.
I have definite mixed feelings about this product. It is such a great idea but Revlon haven't quite pulled it off. My favourite part of the palette is the highlighter which is now the only part I use choosing to use a different bronze and blush with it. The highlighter really gives a little extra bit of lightness where you use it and is nice and subtle.
The blusher is not my choice of colour for a start. I also found it quite hard to apply, not very strong pigmentation.
For me this palette would have been more of a success if they had switched the sizes of blush and bronzer, I use bronzer a lot more. It is just too small and hard to use, also just not as good a quality bronzer as others I have used.
