I used this for around a year. I wanted to be fluoride free. I hated the taste and so did my kiddies. It doesn’t leave your breath feeling so fresh either as it has a funny aftertaste. I also had to get so many fillings done so I’m not confident it actually protects your teeth very well. The only positive about this toothpaste for me was it being fluoride free. We’re back to using fluoride tooth paste now.

Reviews
I heard about this stuff, through a group, and everybody starting using it and raving. I joined the herd and bought one. stopped using my regular sensodyne, and used it for a week. I could feel a shine due to ingredients in it, but at the same time, they were too harsh for my teeth and i could feel sensitivity with hot and cold water. It actually works wonders for people who are careful with eating habits and not having sweet tooth, but in my case i tend to be careless and need my regular life saver, else i'll land up in trouble. so trial was over in a week, and i was back to my fav toothpaste. I would use it again but occasionally, coz baking soda used regularly, does make ur teeth not very happy, and erase off essential enamel.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with sensitive teeth or gums.
Hubby had been using Sensodyne (recommended by GP and his dentist) because his teeth are sensitive. He is sensitive to temperature of the food and the hardness. And he only managed to brush his teeth with this paste a couple of times and the sensitivity increased. So back to Sensodyne he went.
I on the other hand, have rock hard teeth and didn't have any sensitivity issues and I had been using Colgate or anything with minty flavour because I love minty fresh breath. It took 2 and half tubes of these for me to feel any sensitivity issues in my teeth. So in the end I had to stop and throw away the rest. And now I also have to use Sensodyne for my teeth. I use their whitening versions and they don't increase the teeth sensitivity.
On the plus side I think I noticed a tiny bit of whitening on my teeth but I refuse to use this anymore because the cons over weigh the pros.
I'm a big fan of red seal. But no positives for me on this product. apart from being nz made. Coming in a regular toothpaste pack, I opened an put just a small amount on my tooth brush. Immediately couldn't stand the over powering taste of baking soda (and i'm use to baking soda mouth rinses) I kept using this despite the taste, to see if it would help with stains from coffee and ciggies. after two weeks of putting up with the taste i could see not difference. also my teeth didn't feel "clean" after using this. It was a cheap product that didn't live up to the hype in any way.
I bought this as an alternative to other more expensive whitening toothpastes and probably used a couple of tubes between dentist visits. However when I went to the dentist they found I needed a couple of fillings and put me on a high fluoride toothpaste to help. I didn't buy this to avoid fluoride and didn't think it would make much of a difference, but I definitely wouldn't use it again.
This is like the worst toothpaste no offence haha my boyfriend gets it cos he thinks it whitens his teeth but it doesn’t make a difference at all. I don’t like the taste of it doesn’t make your breath feel fresh or teeth feel clean
Tips: To not buy this toothpaste lol
This was the first baking soda toothpaste I used and I just can't get used to the taste. I like the minty, clean feeling after brushing and I just didn't get that with this toothpaste.
I also feel that it didn't do much in terms of cleaning or whitening. It didn't seem to remove stains particularly well.
I really wanted to like this but unfortunately I just don't and would prefer my colgate one
