NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

So ... I was really excited to try this new antiperspirant and before it even arrived I started to read some of the reviews up on the site and seen a few that commented on smell but thought I would give it a fair shot and used it for a few days.

The smell? I can understand the comments but for me it was a clean neutral smell rather than the more feminine smells I am used to from my normal deodorant, so sweet I can live with that!!!

The first two days it worked well I had no complaints it did what it said it would do. 'Awesome'.

But then I thought I had better put it to a tougher test. I am currently studying to be a teacher and I have a part time job at a fast food place some evenings and weekends.

This was the real test, the bottle states 48hr protection so after applying before school I thought I wouldn't need to reapply before work that evening.... Hmmm nope I was wrong, it definitely wasn't strong enough and when the antiperspirant starts to fail there is no back up scent to cover what quickly turns to B.O. I was rather gutted.

So my conclusion? Its fine as a normal antiperspirant/deodorant and my normal day to day life it would work perfectly fine, but for when I'm working or anything else where I need to rely on my antiperspirant?? I would go back to my normal brands.

I am more of a roll-on girl so this was different for me.

I personally did not like this product, I didn't feel like a was protected however I like the mini version we were sent as it tucks nicely into my handbag.

I didn't find anything much to rave over with this deo. For one it didn't last as long as it said it should, i had to reapply after lunch at work on a non-hot day as i was sweating and start too smell (ew). I liked the subtle scent, however it made my clothes white wherever it came in contact with them :(

Probably not something i would try again unless it guaranteed no white marks.

This deodorant partly did its job for me however not for anywhere near 48 hours. I put it on and by the afternoon I felt sweaty under my arms, however it did not smell. I feel it is something that you need to reapply in the afternoon if it is really hot and thats not what I personally look for with a deoderant. On a not so hot day it may be fine but I will not be going out of my way to use this product anytime soon.

I like this product as it makes your underarms feel incredibly smooth and it has a nice smell. It dries almost immediately after u spray it on which is great. It didn't last any longer on me compared to my regular roll on deodorant and that is why I wouldn't purchase it.

This product smells great but I was sadly disappointed by it especially as I love other Nivea products. I have quite an active job and by midday, in the summer heat, did notice wet patches underarm on my top. I certainly did not feel protected. I am used to a roll on however so perhaps the roll on would have more effect than the spray I used. All in all disappointing and i will be sticking to my regular deodorant however on the up side, it did smell great and left no white marks - always a bonus!
