NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

Im realy impressed with this product. Im a busy mum running around after two kids, doing chores, groceries etc etc so I realy need something to keep me fresh through out the day. When I applied it I noticed it dried fast and had little fragrance, which is perfect for the days I wear perfume. The best part was that it realy lasted all day, I didnt have to re-apply and had absolutely no body odour at the end of the day. Fantastic product Il definitly be purchasing this when my trail one runs out :)

I don't mind this product. It just doesn't really suit my needs. I've never used a aerosol deodorant so I don't have much to compare it to. I rely heavily on my roll on and I think personally I feel more comfortable knowing I'm protected from sweat with that. I just don't see the point in buying a product that it designed for stress. I would look at buying an aerosol product that was designed for activity rather than stress. I have an active job and feel that I sweat more because of that rather than stress. I will say however that this product did smell very clean and by the end of the day I still smelt about the same as how I started the day when I first applied it. But wouldn't buy it solely on the fact that it is sold as a stress protect product. Love Nivea though. I use there roll on so happy to use there products. Just not this.

After using this deodorant for 2 weeks now I have found it does actually do its job of preventing a sweat up when I'm stressed, the downside though it leaves a powdery residue on black and other dark clothing which isn't a good look. It would be great if they could make it a roll on version as well then I would probably buy it all the time.

I tested this product out during a pretty stressful time of the year: O week at university on top of my two jobs. "Stress protect" has a nice smell and seems to keep sweat under control however i didn't find it any more effective than my current deo. I may well buy it again when my current roll on bites the dust as i liked the fragrance, but the stress protection factor didn't seem to be any more effective than a more standard product.

So i kindly got the chance to trial the NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant. I trialed it mainly when going out of the house, ie: for a walk, to town, doing groceries, active things. I love the smell, was fresh and vibrant if you ask me :) but sadly it didn't always work that well. i found myself smelling more so than what i would without it. then other days it would do as it said. I'm thinking maybe the roll on deodorant may solve that as it'd give me a more even layer. All in all though i loved the smell and 50/100 it done what it said

I love this product, its a great example of what a deodorant should do, if youre exercising or stressing it kicks in and gives you extra protection aswell as overall protection throughout the day, the smell is spot on perfect and makes you want to re apply once every few hours to get that burst of fragrance, I personally will keep buying this product, I've brought the roll on of the stress protect but I think I may continue with the aerosol, its fantastic. x

At first spray I found this deodorant had a slightly harsh fake fragrance smell (kind of like air fresheners) but this quickly faded to a much more mellow smell, it may also be that I am not used to aerosol sprays as I usually use a roll on

I didn't get the opportunity to test if it did indeed last for 48 hours (nor would I want to!) but I can say it lasted pretty well over a 24 hour period. It also worked really well in the particularly humid weather we had in February which I especially appreciated since I don't have aircon at work!

Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to try this out in a high stress situation. I would have loved to try it in my old job when I often had to give presentations which I found really stressful and always got nervous for, it's definitely a different sweat from stress rather than heat or physical exertion.

I'm not going to switch from my normal roll on which I find really good for general use and it feels less harsh and smells more natural going on, however I might consider using this during those particularly humid few weeks of Summer. I think it could be a good product to have on hand for when you know you are going to have a mentally stressful day

Starting with a disclaimer: I don't tend to purchase aerosols. However, I do sweat (yes, I know, ladies "glow" and don't sweat) and am always on the lookout for products that keep me dry all day long. It would have been nice to test this under harsher conditions, like a muggy 35 degree summer day, but everyday is a bit stressful with an active toddler so I've got that going on. When I first put it on, the first thing I noticed was the smell. Wow, is it strong. If you're like me and not used to aerosols, be warned and turn your head no matter how tempted you are to take a wiff. Although drying quickly, the smell lingered for quite some time. Someone who did like the smell was my cat who, oddly enough, proceeded to lick my arm pits. Even with the odd side effect of cat attraction, the spray seemed to do what it said it would do; I stayed dry all day and it kept the odor at bay. Nivea has definitely improved my perception of aerosols.

Being someone who tends to sweat alot when Im stressed I was really impressed with this product. Smell was pleasent enough and it kept me dry and sweat free all day, works really well if you are quite physically active, I would love this product if it had a really nice fragrance or scent to it however I will add that a little goes a long way with this aerosol.
