MUM Dry Roll On Deodorant

Mum (the pink one, maybe rose?) used to be the only roll on I used through high school! I do remember it making me feel fresh and definitely being only slightly perfumed so it didn't upset my sensitive skin. I may have to revert back to old ways and see if it's the go for me still!

I do, however, remember it being a lot cheaper, that's why my mum used to buy it, as she had 2 teenage daughters in the house.

A step into memory lane this was the first roll on deodorant I had and used for about 2 years straight. I was entering puberty and things started to get really smelly under my arms, that's when my mum brought mum (haha) I liked the pink one the best, I think it was called cool pink or calm pink, one of those.

It was always refreshing to use, and would get me through school and sports easy peasy. It kept me dry for a few hours where I needed to reapply 4-5 hours later. It was convenient and an easy color to find in my school bag.

Last year I went to visit my grandparents who live in the middle of no where, I had forgotten to pack my deodorant and I had to pop into the dairy before it closed, there were a few deodorants to choose from but I chose MUM and I couldn't believe how many memories it brought up using it again. Sadly I am more smelly under the arm pits and it doesn't work as well as it used to at high school.

I have used this brand on many occasions throughout my life and have always found it quite reliable. I've normally used the blue one.

It comes in a small round container with a screw on lid. The Scent is like a mild talcum powder which I quite like. It has a small ball for rolling the deodorant onto your armpit area, sometimes I would have preferred this ball to be a bit bigger so that the application process was faster but it's not a big issue.

This deodorant last majority of the day however I would normally reapply at around lunchtime depending on how active my day was.

I would recommend this deodorant especially for teenage girls as it works really well it's not something I would run out to repurchase as over the years I've come across better deodorants that suit me but this is a great reliable brand.

Mum was that deodorant that you could always find in the bathroom vanity growing up and since growing up I've tried nearly every other deodorant under the sun. So did Mum stack up? Yes and no. It sits there firmly in the middle of the deodorant selection. It does what it's supposed to, but I personally don't find it as powerful as some other deodorants I've tried. But it's a good old faithful if you want a reliable brand.

So is it the mother of deodorants? No. Is it the MUM you can rely on? Yes.

This is one of the only roll ins that work for me as I suffer from sensitive under-arm skin, which can be pretty painful, itchy, and annoying if I use the wrong product. Mum doesn’t irritate my skin and keeps me feeling dry and smelling like a rose petal for the whole day. Fair price and lasts ages too.

Holy molly! Seeing this product brings back so many memories!! My first ever roll on deodorant and was put through some serious teen tests! It was my go to throughout high school and got me through my sportier days (not that I am in anyway shape or form "sporty" but hey I tried)

It hasn't changed much over the years (packaging included!) and why would it? If it ain't broke don't fix it. I have always liked its shower fresh scent and seeing these reviews promted me to go repurchase a bottle of mum (then beauty review sent me some different deodorant so our house hold is all smelling amazing let me tell you!).

It is very easy to use the roller and dries quickly. I find it is best to shake the bottle before each use just helps the roller (I do this with all roll on deodorants).

Also it is very affordable and lasts forever. I currently have mine in my handbag. I still prefer a spray deodorant over a roller because I am super lazy and spray and walk away is my thing. But I find the roll on lasts well throughout the day and doesn't take up much room in my handbag! BONUS!

I had run out of my preferred roll on and didn't have much money, I went to my local 4-square and had a quick look at what was available, and when I mean quick I mean quick as I had my little boy yanking on my arm towards the chips, as I was just about to give up this product caught my eye, with the bold letters of mum on it, so I grabbed one and by my surprise it was rather cheap! , once home I was alil unsure on using it as I have really sensitive skin and it was cheap, but I used it anyway and found out it is great !!! It did not sting or give me a rash, and the scent stayed on all day, love it! I think I am fully converted to mum dry roll on. :)

My mother has always used this stuff, and I understood why once I grew out of my teen-aged liking of smelly products. Now I pity my poor mother for having to put up with clouds of vanilla flavoured spray on deodorant. This is one of those products that has been well done. A bottle of this is cheap, easy to find, and last for ever. The fragrance is never overpowering and doesn't give you itchy armpits. I have never found any deodorant that is better, and I don't think I will.

I bought this partly to try something new, and partly because it was cheap. On special it's only about $3 which is awesome. It's a fairly plain packaging with a purple label though I have seen a pink version in the past. It's lightweight and easy to apply. The rolling ball is quite small compared to what I am used to but that's not a bad thing.

It smells more floral compared to the deodorants I usually go for but it's not too strong or overpowering, just a subtle pleasant scent. It lasted well so no complaints there!

I will buy it again when I am in need and it is cheap. Reliable workhorse - no wonder my Mum uses it.

This was a classic that was pretty darn good i dont think i have seen it in shelves fir a while now though sadly. They had some nice scents classic musty or freash n baby powder like. Just your average 50ml size i cannot fault it really although some very active people may feel they need something stronger i do not think i had any problems oh abd my mum actually did use this i used to like prefer impulse n cool charm but i think that was more because i was a teen so those brands seemed cooler and more youthful .This is something i would repurchase now.
