Colgate Triple Action Toothpaste Review

I have been using this toothpaste for years. It is and affordable option and it does leave your breathe quite minty fresh. It also cleans the teeth quite well although i will say i didn't really see much of a difference in the teeth whitening aspect of the toothpaste. But it is a good option if you are wanting an affordable tooth paste that cleans your teeth an makes your breath smell nice.

This is really the only toothpaste I buy, but that’s because Colgate is a brand I know, it’s easy enough to pick up a tube at the supermarket, the price is pretty fair, and the tri-coloured pasted looks pretty on the brush. In terms of putting it into practice, I would say that this toothpaste does its job – my teeth do feel clean and furr-less after brushing, the taste isn’t too astringent like some toothpastes can be, and it does leave your mouth feeling minty fresh, although I can’t say much for its lasting time. My teeth feel furry as soon as I eat or drink something, and even if I don’t eat or drink anything, they start to feel furry again after 2-3 hours. The minty-freshness also fades after a short while, so if you are looking for staying power, this probably isn’t for you, but if you want a quick, easy and cheap choice, this is fine.

I don't really like this toothpaste... the flavor and texture just don't do it for me, maybe its that mix of gel and paste. But it does clean your teeth- not the best toothpaste in the world, but does its job.

First of all, I'd like to commend Colgate on creating a toothpaste I find visually appealing. I find that the colour combination of three-in-one to be good because it just adds a different element compared to other toothpastes that are mainstream white or plain. It offers a strong burst of mint flavour, however, it is not one that I have found to be that great. When you brush it in, you can feel it making your mouth cleaner, and freshen your breath. Price wise, this toothpaste is extremely affordable, it is always on sale in your supermarket. As suggested before, it does have a strong mint taste, however, I've found others in the Colgate range - such as Colgate Max Fresh with breath strips to be so much more effective in keeping your mouth feeling fresher and cleaner for longer.

I have been using Colgate for quite some time, definitely minty enough for me and leaves my breathe fresh. It did not whiten my teeth though. I have recently changed to another toothpaste as my teeth sensitivity has increased. If it was not for that I would still be using the Colgate triple action.

This is a great basic toothpaste especially pricewise! I don't feel that this toothpaste does anything extravagant or exciting is just a standard paste, it doesn't whiten your teeth. It does taste nice as it isn't over powering but it still leaves you with fresh breath. In regards to packaging it has a flip lid to squeeze the product out rather than a screw cap which is always a pain! This will always be a good toothpaste but with more exciting ones on the market it has taken a bit of a back step in my shopping.

I bought this toothpaste in the 110g tube from New World recently for $2.59.

It comes in a red Colgate-branded cardbox box. the product inside is contained in a tube. It is easy to unscrew the lid, and squeeze to access.

The product has a stripe of green gel, a stripe of blue gel, and white cream in the middle of them (hence the triple action).

It has a nice minty smell, which isn't particularly strong when you put it in your mouth. I don't mind that though, as I don't like a strong, burning mint sensation when I brush my teeth.

I find the toothpaste quite good, it makes my teeth feel clean and my mouth feel fresh. The product claim is to strengthen tooth enamel and protect against cavities, gently remove surface stains and promote naturally white teeth, and remove plaque and prevent tartar build-up. It does a reasonable job of most of these, but it lacks the whitening power that I have come to prefer in a toothpaste.

I probably won't use it again for myself after this tube, but it is a product I would purchase for my children, as they don't require the strong whitening that I like to use, but would benefit from it being a very good, economical toothpaste of its type.

When this toothpaste first came out I thought we were so fancy getting it as it was the new best thing. But many years have passed and now it is such a standard toothpaste. It does a good job but there are way more better toothpastes to chose from. I will still use it if it's on sale and I'm having a broke week but it's definetly not my go to anymore
