I have bought this many times but was highly disappointed as it didn’t do what it says it will do. Didn’t make me sleep better at all or make me even feel tired or relaxed. I went to the health 2000 store to get a higher doesage one which actually worked wonders for me. I haven’t bought them again since I last used
