I have tried most razors out on the market, if they are on special I like to buy them to see if they are superior to my usual schick razor I use.
Also, I was going on holiday and needed some new razors, and this seemed like a good deal, so in the trolley it went. It's definitely an affordable option, as most razors only have the to blade refills.
The packaging is fun and funky, with its pretty pink colour - I like feminine colours for my razors, and it deters the fiancée from using my razor!
The razor feels nice and it is easy to manoeuvre over your legs. The shave I get from this razor is okay, but certainly not as good as more expensive models, like my Schick. I also cut myself slightly a few times.
So overall, these do an average job of shaving your legs but I much prefer other razors as I feel they do a far superior job.
I wouldn't rush to buy this razor again in the future.
I had been using Gillette Venus for a long time. I thought I would give this Bic Soleil Savvy Disposable Shavers a go to see if it is any good. The pink packaging looks very nice and feminine. It comes with a disposable handle and 4 refillable cartridges. The razor glides smoothly on my legs and it is easy to hold and control. It is also light weight and grips well. However, it slightly irritates my skin even I use shaving cream and it has lubricating strips around the cartridge. The razor makes my skin look red and becomes itchy due to ingrown hair. The blades don't stay sharp for very long but it is cheap enough to repurchase. You have to buy a new package every time you finish all the cartridges. (which means you get a new handle as well). The cartridges are not available by themselves.
