One of my favorites

It is such a great cleanser, does the job beautifully and doesn't dry out my skin at all and also gentle on/around my eyes. Takes my make-up off (inclusive mascara) beautifully with just one application and lukewarm water.

It is really good for acne-prone skin, I felt it really calmed down my breakouts and took care of the redness as well. I never expect my cleansers to help with blemishes as they don't stay on my skin long enough, but I really felt that this product was the reason for lesser breakouts, really good choice and I've had such baby-soft skin.

This is on my favorites list and I will be repurchasing after I've gone through my other cleansers(in like 5 years time). This is natural and a bit costly, but definitely worth its price.

Tips: Ask for advice and samples on oasisbeauty.co.nz if you're not sure which product would be best for you.

Another Oasis winner

I'm always so excited to try a new Oasis product, their products I always trust to be gentle and lovely for my sensitive skin.

Many of their products have quickly reached holy grail status for me- this one included! From a small New Zealand company, they impress me with their amazing skincare.

The packaging is distinctively Oasis, with its natural and simple look. The pump bottle makes it so useful and convenient.

Firstly, the formula is milky and creamy, with warm water I massage this over my face. It removes mascara, eye makeup and makeup so well, yet being incredibly gentle on the skin.

As it says, there is no stinging or tightness like you can get with other cleansers. A definite plus in my books.

I have dry, sensitive skin and this leaves it feeling so silky soft. What I love about this is after a week of using this my skin tone seems to have improved, less dryness and redness.

In comparison to other cleansers (and I've used lots) this tops my list as it gives me much needed hydration and moisture. Most cleansers just leave my face feeling drier, not this cleanser!

I love this cleanser, yet another winner from Oasis.

Oasis antibacterial cleanser

This product has so many benefits and what's even better it's naturally derived ingredients,NZ owned and operated company who are naturally good organic and cruelty free. What it does: It removes dirt, grime&makeup; without stripping the skin. It is gentle on the skin It does feel luxurious It does have a light milky texture It does replenish the skin what it doesn't do: It doesn't strip your skins natural moisture it doesn't have a lingering overpowering fragrance it doesn't feel harsh or abrasive it doesn't sting your skin it doesn't lather up, indicating that there is no soap derived ingredients.

This has a milky white appearance and texture, it's liquid and pourable but not too runny. A little goes a long way so be careful not to dispense too much. As little as a pea size amount does cover over your whole face. I recommend this product for it's quality performance. From the first use it left me assured that it's natural goodness suited my skin's needs. Try this brand and product it has antibacterial purposes and it doesn't have a strong chemical scent although I'm of the mature age bracket it didn't have any adverse effects to my skin.

Tips: Follow directions and use as directed. As a little bit goes a long way. Therefore using it under directions this product can last up to 11 weeks on using product X2 a day, this works out to a daily cost of approximately 44c. Wow bargain right? Also there are samples available in a very generous size, such a size that can give you enough use to make a well informed decision about the product. There is also a Goodiebag they sell which has every single product inside it for $49.

Soft, gentle, effective cleansing

I received a sample size of this lovely product from the generous girls at Oasis Beauty. Their sample sizes are huge, and I have used this for a few weeks now (I only use it in the gym).

I wanted to see if a cream cleanser would be enough for use in the gym after work, as I still like to properly cleanse my face before bed and wanted an interim step. This is perfect and I would definitely repurchase it.

The sample I received was ina white screw top bottle with a paper label clearly stating what the product is. What appealed to me was that it is light and antibacterial. The packaging is simple and pretty, with blue accents on a white background.

The cleanser itself is a light white fluid that smells slightly of the promised antibacterial agent. It's not an unpleasant scent, it just smells clean. This strips my makeup off for the gym without stripping out oils and things from my skin. I use it twice - once before I workout and once after, where I actually use it in the shower. My skin looks fresh and healthy when I use this product. It clears away my makeup really well for a cream, especially such a light one. A little goes a long way, too, leading me to assume that the $33 for the full sized would be a reasonable investment in my facial care.

I'm sold on this and will definitely consider repurchase when my sample eventually runs out.

Tips: Check out the Oasis sample service that runs occasionally. They are SO generous with what they call samples, but are really mini sizes of their lovely products.

Gentle and effective

I love this cleanser! I started using Oasis products last year and have been really impressed with their range. Their milk cleanser is really gentle on my skin, has a neutral smell and since using it alongside their moisturiser, I've experienced less breakouts and less blackheads. The simple blue and white 150mL bottle has a pump to dispense the cleanser. I've been suing 3-4 pumps to wash my face. Like all of the Oasis products, their cleansing milk lasts me about 3 months and is reasonably priced for its value. If any males with sensitive, acne prone or oily skin are looking for more options this cleanser would be top of my list of recommendations for them because of the simple packaging, neutral smell and gentle nature of the cleanser.

Marvellous Milk

I received a sample size of this cleansing milk in the "Jackpot" Goodie Bag that I ordered before travelling overseas for a family wedding. The mini sample sizes in the Goodie Bag were perfect for travelling and reduced the weight of my luggage drastically!

The white, clean-scented cleansing milk is soap-free, so it doesn't lather but rather glides onto the skin and can be massaged in gently to lift and effectively remove all make-up, including stubborn eye make-up. The consistency of the cleansing milk is thinner than a cream but not runny like a liquid, more in-between and similar to a slightly runny lotion, which made it very easy to use. Although, I did find that when I used a long-lasting foundation formula I had to cleanse twice to remove all traces of make-up.

I wasn't sure on how to apply and remove the cleansing milk, as I didn't have internet access and there were no instructions on the sample size, so I just applied a small amount to my face, massaging it in gently with my fingertips before rinsing it off with warm water. It turns out that this is the "quick" wash method according to Oasis' website and the correct or preferred method is to first steam the face, then massage the cleansing milk onto the skin, before applying a warm wash cloth and gently removing the cleanser, dirt and make-up with the cloth. I must say that I do prefer the wash cloth method!

The cleansing milk effectively removed all make-up, dirt, oil and impurities from my naturally oily skin without stripping it completely and left my skin feeling clean, soft and silky smooth. There was no irritation and I was pleasantly surprised by how well this product worked on oily skin. I'm usually a foaming cleanser girl.

Would I purchase this product or recommend it? Definitely. According to Oasis Beauty's website, the full-sized bottle should last about 7 weeks, based on using 6 pumps of product twice a day. As I only rinse my face with warm water in the morning (I cleanse properly at night and cleansing twice a day tends to cause my skin to go into oil overload and causes breakouts), I may be able to get a full sized bottle to last 14 weeks!

Tips: A little goes a long way so you don't need more than a pea-sized amount (6 pumps from a full-sized pump action bottle) for your face and neck.

That smell though!!

I decided to by myself the Oasis Goodiebag, which has all their samples inside. I didn't even know Oasis made a cleanser! But this is one is lovely. It's white and creamy, and quite thick too, for a cleanser. The smell has hints of berries, which is so scrummy to smell when you slather it on your face.

I applied a small amount to my face (I'm not a friend of cleansers at all) but it worked alright and seemed to take all my makeup off nicely. It stung a little around my eyes the first time, but that has since stopped. I did think that it dried out my face a bit too much, however. My skin is combination, on the side of oily so I'm a bit saddened that it did dry my skin out like it did, but my face wasn't left squeaky.

It cleared up my skin, and I was left with a healthy looking face. My skin type is oily and although it did dry my skin out too much, I found that once I had put on moisturizer that it sorted itself out, and was really quite a lovely cleanser. I wouldn't repurchase, however, due to the price tag it carries and for the simple fact I don't use a cleanser often enough.

I Love Oasis Beauty, But This Wasn't My Favourite

I have extreme combination skin, super bad dry patches and super oily t-zone. I'm also pretty acne prone so I thought this could be really good for me. I got a little bottle of this in my Oasis Beauty Goodie Bag and I just... didn't love it. I think for the price the cleanser has to change my life (like their Straight Up Spot Serum and their Lips and Lashes have done) but it was just... fine. I hated the smell first off. Myehhh. I don't know how to explain it but it wasn't nice, especially compared to their other cleanser which smells like shea butter (mmm). I think the sample lasted me about 8 - 10 washes, so I feel like it was enough to help me to get a feel for what it was doing for my skin.

The claims that it won't strip or leave the skin tight/looking red are 100% true. I have uber sensitive skin which is why this whole brand is perfect for me and this cleanser, in that respect, absolutely didn't leave my skin feeling bad. However I feel like it didn't do much for my acne. It was just kind of... meh. $32 for a full size? Honestly I'd rather stick to my Cetaphil.

Great addition to skincare regime

I discovered this cleanser after reading BR's article on Oasis Beauty. I was mainly attracted to the antibacterial properties and the fact that it's recommended for oily and sensitive skin. I always look for a cleanser that can thoroughly clean off excess oil and any other nasties lurking about without breaking me out and this cleanser doesn't disappoint.

The full size bottle has a pump which is fantastic so you have control over how much to dispense. I initially started with a total of 6 pumps (day/night) but now it just varies depending on the state of my face. I can use as little as 4 pumps a day or up to 10 pumps - the best part is that my face feels like it's getting the "clean" it needs regardless of the amount used.

Compared to other cleansers I've used in the past this cleanser has quite a lightweight fluid consistency. You notice it more when applied to your skin because it almost feels like you haven't applied enough but don't be fooled. Similar to other cleansers I've used in the past I feel it doesn't remove all my makeup but it doesn't bother me because I always take the majority of my facepaint off before using any cleanser. It doesn't lather up and is gentle on my eyes but don't purposely place the cleanser there! It gets rid of the excess oil at time of cleansing but I don't feel it stops or reduces it from coming back. If you don't like the smell of lavender then you may like to skip this.

Price point is not too far off from what I pay for my Elizabeth Arden cleanser but it's worth it for me because it doesn't break me out, there is no tightness and the cleanser is easily accessible. I've been using this almost everyday for 3-4 months and I still have plenty left. If in Auckland, Aromatherapy Extracts in downtown stocks the entire range so if you can't be bothered waiting for shipping then pop down to the store (or ring to see if in stock).

Tips: Remove as much of your makeup as you can then put warm water on your face and apply the cleanser massaging well and rinsing off with cold water.

Still on trial but looking very positive.

I have been using this cleanser for about four weeks. Previously a demalogica addict I wanted to try something local, and natural and cheaper.. Pros- great bottle size, good price, good pump dispensing a reasonable amount. Lovely smells, clearly a natural product. Locally made, quick delivery or purchase from local health food shops or pharmacies. Leaves skins smooth and taut. And pleasantly cleansed, Cons - I am not convinced it's going to work for blemishes, it doesn't seem to go deep cleanse enough to get blackheads or blemishes clean enough. However, used with fruit smoothie it will defiantly work as a skin cleanser and the scrub will penetrate deeper into the skin I think to keep it blemish free.

Overall, price, usage , contents and results say yes. So assuming my skin stays feeling health and clean as it is right now I would say this is an excellent well price natural product worth having.

Tips: Use with fruit smoothie twice a week for a deeper cleanse.
