Hey, I have been using neutrogena eye makeup remover for 3 years and I find it is perfect when wearing contact lenses. I can even use it to remove mascara without having to take contact lenses out without being overly oily or stinging. Totally a keeper!

Tips: Use with cotton pads (not the ones that leave behind fluffies) and wiggle over close eyes.

Perfect!
This is a great product. It is oil free and does an excellent job at removing even waterproof mascara and eye liner. This product is great and it lasts a really long time since you don't need to use much. It doesn't hurt your eyes to much either when I first started using it, it stung for eyes for a few seconds but it doesn't do that anymore. And it doesn't effect your skin in anyway.

My favourite!
This takes off eye-make up sooo easily with the right cotton pads. If you don't shake the bottle enough, it will leave your skin oily. I've relied on this product for about two years - ever since I started heavily wearing eye make-up.
Tips: Make sure you shake the bottle every time you use it!

Gentle yet removes everything
This is my go to make up remover, this works so well! I have sensitive skin yet it doesn't irritate and removes everything in just a couple of gentle swipes with a cotton pad. Great price, and great product

Works well - great price
This is my favourite eye makeup remover. I've tried more expensive ones like Lancome, but you seriously cannot beat the price. It works wonders on my mascara and liquid eyeliner. I don't use waterproof mascara however so I cannot comment on the effectiveness for that.

Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover
I purchased this after reading the good reviews here on Beauty Review - and it is GREAT! I do find that it leaves a slight oily residue afterwards - but I always cleanse/tone etc afterwards so that is no issue. 2 - 3 swipes and there is not a trace of my make up. Great product!

Probably the best of the readily available eye makeup removers. Easily removed all my eye makeup. I also quickly swiped it across my face and it also removed my face makeup without leaving an oily residue.

Excellant for water proof mascara & longstay lippy
I absolutely swear by this product. My skin in dry in winter and the oil free eye makeup remover works perfectly well to removed the water proof mascara, eyeliner under the eyes and also long stay revelon lipstick that is quite hard to removed with a normal makeup remover. My only complain is it can be a little heavy for people with oily skin and face needs to be washed after the makeup remover has been used.
Tips: To easily remove the mascara dab the product on a cotton ball, hold over the eyes letting the product get absorbed into the eye and then gentally wipe. This works better than rubbing/scrubbing the makeup off. To remove under eye eyeliner use a cotton bud dip in product and gentally wipe.

Best for removing all eye makeup
I often get quite red undereyes after an entire day of wearing make-up and this product takes EVERYTHING off perfectly and leaves my eyes feeling refreshed. Waterproof mascara doesn't even stand a chance

This is a product I always have in my bathroom cabinet, the Neutrogena range doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I love that you can put some of this makeup remover on a cotton pad and it easily removes all traces of eye makeup and mascara easily by gently sweeping the pad over your eyes. With other eye makeup removers you sometimes have to spend ages trying to get rid of your eye makeup, but not with this product. Also a great price at the supermarket.
