Heat protection is a must have when you straighten or blow dry frequently like I do. I have used so many different heat styling products with varying results and this is probably one of the best. The only thing I will say is that it is quite a dry spray and if you are needing a bit of moisture you will need to use other products along side it. I do like that you don't get oily hair from it like you do from some heat styling products, you don't have to worry about this one getting too close to your scalp, especially since you want to protect all of your hair, not just the ends.
