I was curious to try this, having never tried a self-heating face mask before. The product comes in a simple plastic satchet. There's about enough product in there to get two uses, which is good for the price. I like that the mask isn't tested on animals and is mostly made from natural ingredients. The mask is creamy in texture and a bright pink colour. It doesn't really have a strong scent to it, but it smells pleasant.
I was really impressed to find the mask heated up as soon as I started applying it to my skin. I found it quite fun to use. The mask heats up to a pleasant temperature so you don't end up burning your skin or anything, it's just a really warm pleasant feeling. I found the mask incredibly relaxing. It doesn't dry down so it was easy to wipe off. Afterwards, my skin was left feeling smoother, relaxed and less oily, as the packaging promised.
I'd definitely use this again for when I wanted an at home spa experience.
My skin reacted to this. There was nothing likable about it. Huge mistake on my part buying something like this for my sensitive skin.
