I bought this after watching many YouTube influencers rave about it. So disappointed. It is a really wet formula that does nothing to hold my curl. So much product comes out on the wand that you need to wipe it off which feels like a waste. It is easily removable but not worth the hassle of removing excess product.

L'Oreal Paris Paradise Mascara Reviews
The soft wavy bristle brush holds the maximum amount of formula and with 200+ bristles, will catch every lash for a dramatic effect.
This volumising and lengthening mascara delivers a full lash fringe that's feathery soft. No flaking. No smudging. No clumping.

Tips: Wipe mascara wand on hand, not a tissue to prevent tissue fibres from attaching to wand. Can get more product off hand for second coat.
I really didn’t think I was going to like this. I have one mascara that I live by and I gave this a go and it actually out performed my other one in some ways. The brush itself is excellent, very full. It’s really black which I love. I put it on and love the volume and lengthening effect I got. 3 people asked if my lashes were real the first day I tried this. No smudging on long shifts either. I don’t like the packaging at all. I feel like it was pointless and wasteful having it in a box, then inside another box. That is something that should be addressed for sure. And the coloring on the tube is not great. I feel like it looks cheap and plain. For the quality that it is, should definitely revisit the presentation. I would have never picked this up if not for this trial but now I’ll repurchase and keep in my kit as well.
I was lucky to be able to try out L'Oreal Paris Paradise Mascara. I love applying mascara on my lashes because I have short lashes and I want to make it longer a bit and make it standout a bit. I love the formula of this mascara because with just one layer it already looks stunning! My lashes curls lasts a day without going down which I love.
L'Oreal Paris Paradise Mascara dries faster than other mascara so it doesn't smudge to my lids when I apply it. The only thing I noticed is there's a bit of clumping when you apply 2 layers of it but that's fine with me because one layer is already enough to lengthen and volumise my lashes.
I found this mascara to be a good performer. It made my lashes thick and long. You have to be a bit careful if you do too many coats, as can start to get a little clumpy. I think that about 2 coats works really well and was very satisfied with how it looked with the 2 coats.
Tips: I think that this is a mascara that will need replacing regularly, maybe slightly more often than some due to the fact the formula is quite thick to start with, therefore would likely become clumpy quicker than some thinner formulas.
Let's dive straight in to it. . I find the packaging itself to be Abit plastic looking - but we all know it's not about what's on the outside it's the inside that matters! . So the brush is quite thick, tapers in a little on the end but nothing dramatic. I found it to be no use really because I still got mascara on my eyelids when trying to get the corners. . I ended up doing 2-3 coats to really get a noticable change (not alot of product sticks to the brush) I had to keep wiggling it between my lashes and really rolling it in. . It does come out clumpy and the more layers the more uneven it starts to get, doesn't curl at all so it kinda reminds me of snuffa luffa giss (that elephant thing off sesame Street haha) his eyelashes long and straight. . Overall: 1- comes out clumpy 2- nice and dark 3- leaves lashes long and straight 4- doesn't curl them 5- doesn't separate lashes 6- thick brush (may get some on eyelids) 7- doesn't smudge
All in all wouldn't get it again but it's ok :)
When first applying this mascara I noticed an immediate change in the length of my lashes, they were noticeably longer, great, it's already doing what it said it would do, however I did notice the formula was a little bit thick which resulted in some minor clumping. I tried the mascara again with just one coat and success, no clumping, but another problem appeared, my lashes were not as defined as I usually like, they looked great for an all natural look however I like my lashes to be a bit darker, so I percivared with the clumps (when I say 'clumps' they were not horrendous, probably only noticiable if you were directly face to face with me, but I could see them every time I saw my own reflection). A few minutes after application I touched by lashes, they felt hard and stiff however as time went on wearing the mascara this eventually dissipated. Over all I think this mascara 100% does what it says it will do, my lashes were definitely longer, I just wish the formula was a little bit smoother. I originally thought this would be a special occasion only mascara, however as it tends to suit a more natural look this may become my everyday office mascara.
Tips: Try to keep application to only one coat as I found a double coat resulted in minor clumps and a little bit of stiffness.
To be fair, I was a little skeptical about this as I am not usually a fan of L'Oreal mascaras but this totally changed my mind. I really like the formula of this! While this didn't give me much volume to my lashes, it was amazing with lengthening them and I got a couple of complements on them as well which was a bonus. I didn't notice any flaking and it didn't really clump up. Really enjoyed using this!
Tips: After applying a couple of coats, I then gently run a lash brush through my lashes to avoid any clumping.
I have been using the same brand of mascara for about 5 years because I didn't think it could get better. I must have been subconsciously waiting for this! I haven't used a L'Oreal mascara since I was a teenager so my expectations were relatively low in comparison to the MAC mascara I have been using.
This product, with out a word of a lie has taken my eye look to the next level.
First off, the packaging is a nice rose gold card back, the tube itself has a beautiful rose gold satin finish that just looks so good in my makeup collection. The name is a little random "paradise extatic" doesn't really inspire long lashes but I'll roll with it.
The scent is not obnoxious, smells slightly like chlorine but not overwhelming.
The wand. Oh my gosh, the brush! This wand is PERFECT it has long bristles so it grabs a lot of product without having to redip, it's shaped to fit the lash line without accidently poking your eye. The bristles literally grab your lashes and comb the product through them so well, this wand is the best I have used, the cap end is nice and slim and far enough from the want that access to inner corner lashes is no problem at all.
The formula is perfect. It's thin enough that it coats each lash individually from base to tip in one stroke with that fab brush, yet it amps up the volume exponentially! Along with volume it provides length without clumpy ends and flaky bits.. I have what I consider to be reasonably long natural lashes and using this mascara I have to say they look like the most natural falsies. The we side says to layer more coats for a dramatic effect but for me 1 coat is plenty.
Wear time - it's all well and good to have a mascara that applies nicely with a great brush but that's worth nothing if it doesn't wear. I was dubious as it's not marked as waterproof and non waterproof mascara usually tends to travel down my face into my undereye wrinkles within a few hours, this mascara stays where I put it. No flaking, no fall out, no smudging, no clumping. Even after working manually for a full day, sweating in humid conditions, this mascara stays put.
For a non waterproof mascara, I will say it is a little difficult to remove completely from the lash line at the end of the day, and by little I mean 2 passes over with an oil infused micellar so it's not that difficult but do be aware if you have white pillow cases and don't remove it completely!
Overall, this mascara has really blown me away. To the point I have thrown my other mascaras in the bin because they do not compare. 9.5/10 I will absolutely repurchase this product.
Tips: Wiggle from base of lashes to tip, coat lower lashes from underside to evenly coat in 1 stroke
I've used the mascara for a week and surprisingly I really like it, unfortunately however I won't repurchase.
The matte rose gold packaging is refreshing and stands out in my makeup collection. The wand is a full bristled brush that's ever so slightly tapered at the end.
In the first few days of application I wiped off the excess product (there was a lot!) then applied to top and bottom lashes. I really like how much lift it gave to my lashes and made my eyes stand out. I also liked how it didn't leave me with panda eyes at the end of the day!
The rest of the week I applied it straight from the tube. It resulted in my lashes looking like a clumpy mess so I tweaked the application so that I only brushed the wand lightly through my lashes. It worked a treat and I can almost achieve the same look as if I used a thin wand.
My only issue and the main reason I won't repurchase is that it does have a tendency to make my eyes water. Sometimes I even felt a stinging sensation, it would pass after a few minutes but it's not ideal.
That aside, this mascara has helped to turn my average length lashes to lashes that frame my eyes with some lift (pic in photowall). I would still recommend it to others because it does a great job at providing lift.
I watched a review online and this was compared to the better than sex mascara so I thought I would give it a go. Unfortunately I was to be disappointed, it did flake and fall under my eyes and also smudged. I did like brush, it was a good shape and would be great with a different formula. This was my personal experience and may be different for others.
