I use this everyday as a contour (I have light/med skin tone) and it works amazingly. its very soft but still creates a professional look. Love the shade and that its not sparkly like a lot of other bronzers on the market. I use this with foundation and tinted moisturiser. Cant go a day without. Lasts a long time aswell!

Tips: Apply under cheekbones for a defined look.
I am very fair in skintone (NC15 in MAC) and find this bronzer in the shade Bronze too orange on me. I have tried using this on my clients also but it makes the skin too warm and appears orange. As well as the tone of the bronzer it is also quite shimmery. I do enjoy a bit of shimmer in a bronzer if it is only intended for the cheeks, however I was hoping to be able to use this all over including neck. I think it would be best kept to the cheeks if you don't like a lot of shimmer. Aside from the colour not being right for me or the shimmer being a little too much, I do find the texture and pigmentation of the bronzer to be good. It also is in nice sleek packaging that is sturdy and classic looking.
Tips: I would recommend being matched for the right tone before purchasing, and assessing how much shimmer you would like because I know this also comes in a matte bronze.
This bronzer is one that I use all year round and that's what I love in a bronzer. It's the perfect shade for me and I love the fact that its buildable so I can create a more intense contour and bronzed look. I have a tan complexion and believe that this is a perfect match for me. I'll definitely continue to repurchase!
This is the perfect bronzer in my opinion. The best part about it is that I can use it daily in Winter as a contour to brighten up my face and make me not look so washed out. Then in Summer or when I am fake tanned I can use it all over and as a contour and is such a great bronze! It is a great tan accent.
While it is on the expensive side, it lasts forever. I have had mine for just over one and a half years and it still has plenty in it to go (I also wear it everyday without fail).
You can really build on it without it looking orange. I also like that it isn't luminous like a lot of bronzers. It is matte and natural looking.
Definitely worth the investment. I don't fork out for many MAC products, but I think this one is definitely worth it. I won't ever be able to buy another bronzer again!
So this bronzer was a present from my parents from america along with some MAC foundation and i will never go back to anything else! Prior to this i was using thin lizzy which i found fine, but now i have used this i could never go back. It matches perfectly to my foundation (my dad made sure the lady matched them together ((yes my dad ))! It does though, they compliment eachother! Also for daytime i can use a little bit and it looks great but i can also build it for a nice evening look. PLUS! it goes on super nicely and it blends great down my neck!
I know this stuff is pricey but i would totally recmmoend you to make the splurge! I've had mine for around 3 months and it still looks brand new so i cant see it running out for a while!!
I absolutely love this bronzer and use it everyday! It is perfect for me as I am quite pale so find it hard to find bronzers that are light enough to the point where they show up but don't make me look ridiculous. It has a slight shimmer in it too so it creates a nice glow. I use the shade refined golden and would absolutely recommend! Especially to girls who have pale skin like myself
I really love how you can put it on and it looks really good all day and you can notice your cheekbones sort of. I wear this every time i go out but not a lot because it is expensive to buy and use everyday but its a really nice brown that suits all skin types/colours and i would recommend you try it because its a beautiful shade. It does look good on lighter skins though because you can notice it more and it creates more depth. Gives you a hit of the glow which looks nice but I don't like it all the time because I like everything being plain.
This is my go-to everyday bronzer, I use it to bronze up the face on the cheekbones, temples and jaw line. This color suits my medium (to deep, I am a NC40) skin tone. I find the product really buildable and is perfect for everyday natural make up. It has a a fine golden shimmer that can pick up in the sunlight but it is subtle enough it is not overly shimmery on the face.
I am halfway through my second Mac Bronzer in the shade Golden. This was my first bronzer purchase and I got it at duty free a few years ago and is my staple bronzer in my makeup collection. I wouldn't recommend this for contouring, I don't usually wear blush I just use bronzer to give me some colour. The packaging is nice and compact with a mirror inside, perfect for traveling.
Tips: I use my real techniques duo-fibre powder brush to apply this, I think it picks up the product nicely and allows you to build up the product on your face without applying too much the first go.
I have tried many bronzing powders before the MAC Bronzing Powder and will never again use anything but the MAC Bronzing Powder again. This is my perfect everyday bronzing to turn my skin from ghostly pale to someone with a bit of colour. Application was smooth and easy to apply especially with MAC's 134 large powder brush. The bronzer stays on my face for pretty much the duration of the day and it's a great day to night makeup. Due to the natural colour (and if you get fitted to the correct tone) it enhanced my skin and didn't make me look like a carrot face. The powder is really light so you don't need much and it doesn't clog up your pores. The one down side of it is the packaging doesn't really make it safe to travel with. Times when I have travelled with this in my makeup bag and it has smashed all the contents inside is countless. My tip is to put it in a snap lock bag so when it does break up then you can save the contents inside.
Tips: Make sure you use the correct type of brush to apply; there is nothing more tacky than bronze streaks.
I was gifted this product in "refined golden" colour. It has a bit of shimmer in it but it doesn't come out obvious on the skin.
I've had this bronzer for around 2 years and it hasnt even dented the bottom yet, so it lasts a long time!
It gives a nice and natural finish and is pretty hard to accidentally put too much on and is easily buildable.
Nothing bad to say about it, I use it every time I want to give a little definition to my face.
