L'Oreal Paris ELVIVE Dream Lengths No Haircut Hair Cream Review

Thanks BR for the opportunity to trial this product! Honestly my favourite part of this product is the scent, it's just so good! The consistency of the product is quite thin but this isn't a bad thing as it makes it easier to apply evenly to the ends of my hair. When I use this product on both damp and dry hair I definitely notice how much smoother and healthier it looks. It doesn't leave hands feeling greasy after applying it like some other similar products do, so that is definitely a plus. The only downside of this product is the packaging. I love the pink and orange theme this range has going on, but I am definitely not a fan of this type of bottle. The pump bottles that hair creams and serums normally use are just so much more convenient than the pull top bottle this product has. I haven't been using this product long enough to reliably tell whether or not it will make enough of a difference that it will prevent me from needing a haircut, but I will definitely keep using it in the meantime to find out.

A good size container with a twist top and a nice thick creamy cream that has a nice scent. Now i use hair creams but more for keeping down the frizz or styling with so i thought id try this for the same reason. While i like it and the idea im not 100% convinced the first day i used it i smoothed it through my wet hair and it gave a little bit frizz ease but not much at all. I tried it on dry hair and the same. I tried it on my hair before i straightened it and to be honest i think it helped keep my hair nice and soft for the day after the heat process so maybe that's how i will use it. Don't get me wrong i love the idea and the brand so i will continue to use it i just think maybe it should be more targeted at using with straighteners and hairdryers?? Will be interesting to see what others think. :) Thanks beauty review.

You can apply this to either wet or dry hair. I have only trialed it on towel dried hair so far. I applied 2 squirts to my palms and distributed thru my hair. It has a nice fruity smell and has made my hair feel nice, however I needed to wash my hands afterwards as they felt sticky. It claims to reduce the appearance of split ends however in the short time I have trialed it I have not seen a noticeable difference, I do think maybe its a product that you see improvement over time rather than instantly. I will keep using it to see how I go

While I haven't been using this product long enough to see long term results I have been liking the short term results. The non greasy formula doesn't weigh down my hair either like some other leave in treatments can. I have found my ends feel more smooth and conditioned and my hair looks more silky and shiny when I've used this product.

((My hair is long, curly, fine but I have lots of it! Using a lot of mainstream products caused my hair to become oil-prone)) I haven't had a proper haircut/trim in years. This product did a fairly good job of taming the curls & frizz when applied to set hair, it did require a little more once dry & It didn't last all day when humid. But for a supermarket product it worked wonders

I was lucky enough to be chosen to trial the new Dream Lengths Detanging Conditioner from L’Oreal. My hair is dry and fine. It is drier than it should be because I have damaged it by lightening it. This past year I have been growing my hair, so it is now down past my shoulders.

The Dream Lengths No Haircut Cream comes in a cute, opaque peach-coloured bottle with a bright pink pop-up top. The bottle is 200ml. The top is easy to pop-up, and you squeeze the bottle to get the product out. The bottle is easy enough to squeeze, but I recommend giving it a shake beforehand so the product flows out better. The product itself is a creamy off-white colour with a mild peach scent. It is essentially a leave-in conditioner and it promises to seal split ends, and to strengthen lengths and tips. Directions say to apply to wet or to dry hair.

I used this on towel-dried hair after using the Dream Lengths Shampoo and Conditioner. I applied from near my scalp, down the length of my hair, and into the ends. It absorbed well, and did not feel heavy on my fine hair. The bottle also claims that this conditioner can protect your hair up to 180 Celsius, so it is good to apply before using heat appliances. I used my hair dryer on my hair afterwards, and my hair stayed soft, shiny and conditioned. I enjoyed using this, and I will continue to use it once the trial is over.

This hair cream was pretty average, it did what it said it would do but that was all, it wasn't amazing or didn't shock me it was good but I wouldn't say great. its a leave-in product which I found made my hair a little greasy when used by its self when using it with the shampoo and conditioner I found it a lot better. its meant to protect your hair from heats up to 180 degrees which I believe it did as someone who always uses heat protection on my hair it was a good heat protector but I wouldn't say it adds a lot of shine to your hair, unless it is used wet, and with the other two products. the hair cream claims to be able to be used wet or dry but after I used it dry my hair felt oily which I hate, but when used wet I found it worked a lot better! I think it works as a good heat control though which is hard to find! definitely not as amazing as the other two products in the trio though!

This product seems to be pretty good! Applying it to my ends before blowdrying doesn't add any heaviness. I think I'll need to use it quite a bit more to see if it promotes hair growth and the other benefits listed. But so far so good! I will say that I used it on my kid's doll's hair and it detangled all of it!

My longer lengths are bleached and therefore the least healthy part of my hair. This product used alongside the shampoo and conditioner has helped to improve the condition of my hair, which I've especially noticed in my longer lengths. My usually dry and brittle ends are feeling softer, stronger and are looking much healthier with less fall out and pulling on the brush. It also smells amazing and comes in a large bottle for good value! I did find it slightly tricky to squeeze out and it didn't work well for my pesky flyaways in my upper layers so had to use an additional product for that. Perfect just for use on the ends though.

This cream is a great addition to my hair care routine. Great scent, creamy product and coats my hair nicely to smooth the ends. I haven't been using it for long but am liking what it is doing for my hair so far. Can't wait to see the long term results
