I have very curly, unruly hair and go to the hairdressers quite a lot to get my hair blow dried as I can never get it right. I have been using Moroccan Oil for years and my hairdresser always used that on my hair as well. A couple of months ago, my hairdresser used a new product on my hair called Luxe Oil by Wella. It is absolutely gorgeous. It smells really yummy and leaves my hair nice and shiny.

Tips: A little goes a long way so don't put too much on your hair or it will end up looking greasy. I always rub it into my palms first and then spread over my hair so I get an even distribution through my hair.
I'm a wee bit fussy about what I put on my hair so when my hairdresser asked if I'd like bit of oil to finish my natural instinct was no.
But by the time I'd thought it through my hairdresser had the oil in her hands and the smell of lollies filled the hair. Oh, well why not?
So for the next 24 hours my hair felt silky smooth - it felt like the hair in the glossy magazines looked like they'd feel. And the smell - it's a sweet, yummy smell, with a hint of coconut. Well the next day I was back in the salon to buy my own bottle.
The bottle is glass and screams luxury, it comes in a gold box. The pump top is sturdy and deposits just the right amount for dry hair. For wet hair I use two pumps.
This product claims to reconstruct hair - and I think it does - my thick, somewhat unruly hair is easier to manage and feels lighter. Which after putting an oil on you wouldn't think it would.
My hair is easier to style, and I find it's great to use to eliminate frizzies on a hot day.
I'm just about through my first bottle, it's lasted 5 months, so for $40 it's a bargain!
Tips: Use on soaking wet hair to seal your ends.
From the moment I saw and smelt this product in my hairdressers hand I was mesmerized.
The gold glass bottle screamed luxury and the smell was heaven. Frizz was calmed instantly and my hair gleamed for the first time in my life. Even my hairdressor commented "this product is amazing for your hair type" (she has never pushed product so I know it wasnt a sales pitch).
I use after straightening for that polished look and also general use after washing for frizz control.
As with all oils it is economical as you need to use so little.
After using my hair feels so soft and looks glowing.
Wella please never discontinue EVER!
I was given a trial amount of this from my hairdresser as it was a new product in store. I found it very thin and light. When I used it i had to use quite a bit to get it even distributed throughout my hair. I have slightly thick hair and when its wet it is hard to manage. It was just a disappointment after what I had heard about it. I would recommend this product to people with fine hair as it is not robust enough for thicker hair.
Tips: Use this product wet and dry to get the best results.
My hairdresser talked me into this product after I cut my hair to a pixie cut. It is a lovely oil and smells amazing but I’m not convinced it is superior to others that are quite a bit cheaper.
I use one pump on my damp hair and then style my hair and it has a nice finish but my hair isn’t really shined unless I use a tiny bit more over my hair afterwards. I will say that the condition of my hair has improved and the hair that’s growing in seems healthy and less fine and fragile like it was prior to cutting it short so it is feeling like it’s repaired some of my styling damage.
You don’t need much so the bottle will last - I’ve got about 5 months out of the bottle so far and probably have another month before running out - but that’s on short hair and not used every day or even after every wash.
Undecided if I’d repurchase as my hair is very healthy now so I don’t feel the need for an oil for repairing damaged hair any longer instead just wanting something that keeps my hair hydrated and shiny.
I really rate this oil as it has such a delicious lolly smell, and it actually penetrates in to the hair, helping to seal split ends and tame frizz. It doesn’t stain blonde hair either
Tips: Be careful not to over coat the hair. Use from mid ends down.
Gorgeous x Tried this for the first time and loved it! The smell is so so nice!! Takes away my frizzles as I have fluffy hair hehe
Tips: Use a small amount as this goes along away, plus your hair will look beautiful and shiny not Oily. Give your hands a wash after applying as it is highly perfumed x
One of my best friends is a hairdresser and she made me buy this now I can't live without it - I have used this oil for about a year and a half now and I love it so much! I have run out at the moment and have noticed that my hair is not the same without it!
I find the smell amazing! The whole SP Luxe range smells like this and it's sooooo good! The way I use it is when I hop out of the shower I towel dry my hair just lightly and make sure quite a lot of the moisture is out then I go in with about 2 pumps of the oil and add it to my ends first then any remaining product can go to the mid lengths of my hair.
It tames frizzy bits after styling which I love, I apply a tiny amount to the roots of my hair if I have fly aways after straightening and it gives my hair a beautiful gloss and shine.
Give this a try and you won't be disappointed, I need to repurchase as my hair is very dull and dry without it.
Tips: Use after a shower to lightly towel dried hair - use a tangle teaser to brush it through your hair.
I honestly, don't know what I would do without this product. I've wanted to try an oil for ages, but I have such fine hair and can hardly use product at the best of times, the thought of adding an oil seemed crazy.
This product is great; it doesn't weigh my fine hair down and it makes it so, so soft and smells amazing. It even makes my hands soft after I apply it!
I now use it each time I wash my hair, the bottle has lasted me for ages. I've had it 8 or so months and I'm not even halfway through, it's very cost effective. Just one pump does the trick.
Tips: Keep the bottle out of the sun. Apply to towel dried, damp hair to your mid lengths and ends and brush through with a comb before blowdrying. I wouldn't recommend using on dry hair.
