L'Oréal Paris ELVIVE Arginine Resist Conditioner Review

My hair type is bleached dry/damaged with a little bit of breakage and I've noticed a bit more hair fall recently so I was excited to give this a try.

Packaging is fine nothing super exciting but easy to use and it comes in a standard 250mls. The product is nice and creamy I had to use a tad more than I usually would with my fav salon conditioner so I'm not sure if it will last me that long.

I applied after using the shampoo and I always leave my conditioner in for a few mins so did this rinsed and then blow dried like usual and my hair felt great soft and really shiny the ends may have been a bit dry still but over all I was impressed with the results its hard to see at this early stage if it has helped with breakage at all but I'm pretty sure I did notice a small change in hair fall.

I was lucky enough to be chosen to trial this conditioner along with the matching shampoo, and was super excited!

It comes in an easy to use bottle with cute eye-catching packaging. I found the CONDITIONER writing a little too small and was looking for it for a while when in the shower.

The actual conditioner also smells amazing, however I still found that my conditioner has emptied a lot faster than my shampoo (like always haha!).

The consistency is nice and creamy and was able to be run through my roots easily. It did moisten up my hair after the shampoo dried it, however I still required extra leave in product to counteract that.

I didn't notice any significant reduction in hair fall, so was a little disappointed that it didn't do what it said, however in general the conditioner did the trick as a normal conditioner.

I most likely won't repurchase it, as I have found other shampoo that leave my hair less dry and that I just prefer in general.

I will re-evaluate my review when I have completed the bottle if there is any change :)

After having 2 children very close together my hair has been falling out like crazy! I was excited to try this product because I am so sick of seeing the drain clogged with hair (blugh!). I noticed a reduction in hair fall after the first use. The conditioner is nice to apply and the hair feels soft and silky afterwards. Definitely good value for money!

An awesome follow on from the shampoo. I loved that the conditioner wasnt too heavy and it didnt leave my hair feeling oily like most supermarket brands do. Had a nice fragrance and you dont need to use much. Left my hair feeling soft and manageable and definitely reduced hairfall when used alongside the shampoo.

As a conditioner this product is really effective. It smells gorgeous, and the soft creamy white texture absorbs really well into the hair shaft and scalp when massaged in. Only a small amount needed to soften a full head of shoulder length hair and to be honest, more so than the shampoo, I noticed that his had some effect at building my hair volume. With regard to the hair loss- not a huge difference was evident. Would i still use it? yes, for the conditioning and volumizing effect, I would.

As with the shampoo, I was lucky enough to be on a trial team for this conditioner.

The packaging is cute, I love the colour combination and I especially like the fact that the conditioner bottle is 'upside down' as opposed to the shampoo bottle. Makes it so much easier deciphering between the two mid-shower and I also like how it forces all the conditioner to the end closest to the lid.

The consistency of this conditioner is nice and creamy, not too thin and watery but not too thick and heavy feeling. I find that it leaves my hair nice and soft which combats the slightly drying effect the shampoo in this range causes. The smell is also delicious like the shampoo.

Overall as for the shampoo, I didn't notice amazing results (I'm not sure the conditioner can do much for hair fall at the roots as I never apply to the roots) and will only repurchase on sale (mainly because I love the smell!).

As with the Elvive Arginine Shampoo the conditoner also states that hair fall will be reduced by 64% after the first use. It took more than one use for that to be half true. However, continuous use will strengthen yor hair and will reduce hair fall, which is amazing if you already have fine hair and the amount of hair fall you were witnessing causes you to have panic attacks.

Yes, this really worked for me, I'm so pleased. I trialled it in conjunction with the Arginine Resist Shampoo and I like it. The conditioner is moderately thick and has a very light scent. It's easy to distribute through to the ends of the hair and left my hair feeling soft, smooth and somehow stronger. After a week of using this and the shampoo, I noticed much less hair falling into my hand-basin after my daily styling routine of brushing, combing and straightening. My ends,which were dry and snapping off in short pieces, became a little softer and smoother in appearance and I didn't notice short pieces of broken hair falling down anymore! Gotta love the black and pink bottles as well.

This conditioner is great and ideal for those suffering from hair fall, hair loss or weak dry hair. I feel it really does prevent hair fall as I personally experienced less hair fall and breakage while using this product as well as a general improvement in the overall condition of my hair. I have been using this conditioner with the shampoo for two weeks now and am really happy with the results I am seeing. My hair is now longer and stronger which is a great bonus as I am trying to grow my hair and the conditoner has a really nice scent to it as well. This product is affortable and avalible at most supermarkets, will definitely purchase again.

I really was pleasantly surprised with this trial. My scalp is ususally pretty sensitive to shampoos but I've been using this for 2 weeks now and have not had a single itch! Very impressed just on that. After the first week, I was getting minimal hair fall so hubby happy with that, no more grizzly bears to be cleaned out of the shower (hehe). My hair feels fantastic, lovely and soft. I straighten my hair most days and I've even found that the frizz level is pretty minimal too... yay! I used this with the matching shampoo, also a great product and at $8.99 I think is a reasonable price for a supermarket product. All in all a great product, I will definitely be looking out for this on my next shopping trip.
