I was converted to solid shampoo a year ago and Glow lab has become my favourite for price and quality. This lathers up well, smell is pleasant and not over powering. The bar lasts many washes, I have curly shoulder length hair. I wash my hair 2 X a week and a bar lasts me 3 months. My hair is in better condition than when I used liquid shampoos.
Tips: Get a soap dish to keep the bar dry between washes. If it stays wet it will not last as long.
