GARNIER'S new BB Cream,  combats shiny, oily skin, by combining the power of ultra-absorbent mineral pigments for an immediate matte look and perfect, even-toned skin.

The oil-free BB cream works in five ways. It reduces imperfections, moisturises, gives skin a healthy glow, delivers a beautiful matte finish to skin and provides all-important sun protection with SPF 15.

GARNIER'S Oil-free BB Cream provides instant results while also improving the skin’s quality over time. After four weeks the results are clearly visible; skin is less oily, pores reduced in size, imperfections are visibly reduced and skin radiance is improved.

It has a  new active ingredient,  Mineral perlite - a powerful volcanic rock extract known for its ultra-absorbing properties.

Mineral perlite is able to retain up to two-and-a-half times its weight in oil and water and is five times more absorbing than talc, meaning any excess sebum is absorbed to fight that oily shine. This combined with uncoated mineral pigments gives the skin an even tone and a perfectly matte finish

GARNIER Miracle Skin Perfector-Oil-free BB cream is available in two shades - light and medium.

Skin Perfector BB Cream

I really liked this stuff. I used it as a primer for my foundation. By doing that I eliminated the need for concealer. I also have horrible hormonal acne which did not clog up or make worse. It just glided nice over the top and allowed it still to breathe. I recommend this product to EVERYONE who needs a primer or wants to wear less makeup

Impressed but not overally excited

First time BB cream user! I have oily skin so I was a bit wary about using this at first. The consistency was really runny, I constantly had product in the lid of the cap and over the tip of the tube. it was very liquidly/watery and just fell out of the tube, perhaps a better tube design eg a pump the application was great, I applied with a MAC 193 brush (angled foundation brush) and buffed with a Phoenix cosmetics Kabuki brush I thought cream smelt a bit chemically, which put me off a bit but it went away quite quickly. The coverage it provided was really good, it looked more like a light foundation which was good if you’re just popping to the supermarket etc my skin felt oily to the touch about 2 hours after using the product the packaging is pretty standard, a lot of words on the packaging box the tube packaging was better. Overall I would use this product as quick go-to product, I really liked the overall look of the product on my skin and it was nice to not use a moisturizer, primer then foundation. I used this product on bare freshly washed skin and then put powder foundation over the top.

Tips: apply on clean skin, wait for the product to "dry" before putting on any extra coverage (foundation etc) use a small amount first, allow to dry then continue with more product if you desire build up

Garnier BB Cream Oil-free SPF-15

I have some serious oily skin, and I have to say this is one of the better affordable bb creams I have used targeted toward oily skin types.

When I applied it I was surprised at how liquid the formula was I had never used a formulation quite as runny. I got the shade light with was a great match with my skin tone. I found when it came to application due to its consistency you really had to take your time to buff it into the skin to get it looking even.

i wouldnt say it gives you perfect looking skin like it says on the packaging but it defiantly gave me a nice light coverage and helped minimize my pore and evened out my skin tone getting rid of visible redness. When it came to imperfections I wasn't so impressed but I never really am with bb creams due to the light coverage. I needed to go back and touch up my imperfections with some concealer.

When it came to shine control it help reduce shine for couple of hours but I did find myself still touching up with some mattifing powder through out the day.

Overall I think its a great BB cream and really works to even out skin tone and I love the oil free texture i gives off compared to other BB creams :)

Tips: Use a buffing brush when applying this to help distribute the product evenly.

funny story that goes like this....

Well, I always thought that my skin was on a medium tone, everything i purchase usually the lights too light and the darks too dark so I thought medium would be great for me...How wrong was I??? hahahahaha So I was extremely excited to try BB creme, after hearing so much positive feedback and how it had awesome properties but when I applied it I looked like an Ompaloompa...hahaha, it was far too dark and orange for me so I had 2 choices, not continue with the review or to not...Onwards and upwards I say, lucky for me I am a stay at home mum that looked like an ompaloompa for a week, (the kids were horrified). But I absolutely loved this product, bar that it didnt quite cover my blemishes, as i have quite a strong red tinge to my cheeks, I loved the way the finish was to my face. I always use Shisado beauty cake as it covers thick and well giving me a good base, well this was a pretty close second. I could run around doing my daily jobs at home, getting a little hot and sweaty but it didnt seem to really change the coverage - it lasted from the time i applied it 8am till i took it off at 3.30pm, and felt really nice on my skin, it was soft and i really wish I had of got the light colour as I would wear it for the month to see if the results were as they say with less visable pores, and oily skin etc. I would definately reccommend this product and I checked out the price and it was pretty reasonable, I will consider trying the lighter tone in the future

Tips: Try to get a tester sample so you can blend into your correct skin tone

Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-free S

I found this product very good, I was dreading that the colour would not match mine (me being a Polynesian girl) however, this product kept my skin oil free throughout the day. It's easy to apply and blends well within my skin. It didn't leave any marks (thank goodness!) and also does not have a scent to it... I personally don't like strong smelling scents.

Tips: Try applying it in the morning before you go out somewhere, it lasts all day and is easy to clean!

Light coverage

I have oily / combination skin so I was really excited to try this product. I was given the light shade which suited my skin well.

It is super easy to apply, but I will note that when I first opened it it splattered all over the place so I had a bit of mess to clean up! The consistency is very light which makes for a light coverage. Normally I would go for a more medium - full coverage, but this was a nice change.

Because it was such a light coverage I found it didn't last the whole day and I had an oily forehead and nose at the end of the day.

I would definitely recommend this to someone who likes a light coverage, but it probably won't be replacing my everyday foundation.

Tips: Finish with powder for a matte finish

Should please most

A little bit too dry for my skin, and also a bit darker than I expected based on the website and the BB cream that I already had. Despite this, I could tell it was a great product and it did what it said it would.

Tips: It may pay to use moisturiser before using this product, as it dries out your skin a LOT.

BB MINE Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream Oi

Alright so this is my first review on here so lets do this, I have oily combination skin to begin with and YES by far this has worked wonders for reducing the shine however it still didn't completely give me a matte finish i was hoping for, The coverage was actually not to bad for a bb cream, On one occasion i used the bb as a base for my own foundation and i did love the look and coverage i was able to achieve. I think i do need to go to the light for winter and use this medium shade for the winter as it was a tad bit dark for me, my only main concerns with this would be the way it seems to leak out of the tube every time i took lid off so it could get a tad bit messy. overall i would recommend this product to my friends and family especially for the price

Tips: I personally feel a brush was needed as it got blotchy on my skin and a bit un even when i tried to apply with my fingers and sponge. i would still recommend a foundation over the top if coverage is needed, however perfect product for a natural look as there was still a really good amount of coverage.

To BB or not to BB

Okay, so I had tried the standard Garnier BB Cream two years ago and had been underwhelmed. It was too pink for my warm undertone (I'm NC35-37 in Mac) and made my skin very oily.

Fast forward 2 years and to this review.

I wore the BB cream for one full week, both for work and in the weekends.

I like the updated packaging - lovely and slimline and felt it compared well to say a Mac Studio Sculpt tube. I thought the quantity of product was good too.

For the colour, the options to test were light and medium. I tend towards needing a medium/deep, but because it's winter I thought medium might work for me. It was ever so slightly light, but I was able to work with it using a bronzer to warm the outside of my face. I found that the product had a very slighty shimmer to it which would be lovely in summer months. However, it probably needs to be promoted a bit more as some people don't like having such a dewy look on their face -particularly people who are trying to minimise oiliness. Having said that, I did get comments that my skin was looking quite luminous which was a plus.

I found that I had to use a light powder to set this

The texture is a little runny. In fact it tends to run and make the tube a bit messy. On the face it was very easy to spread and you could definitely layer up so that you had more coverage. I used a few application techniques. It was easy to apply with fingers, although you need a bit more product. A sponge likewise. The best method was with a buffing foundation brush.

Wearability wise it's not as long lasting as a foundation - even if you set it. I'd say 5 hours tops which is pretty standard for a bb cream. However, it seems to be nice and light so easy to re-apply and still have a natural finish.

Overall, it was a really nice product. I would use again although I think that I would be a darker shade if available - to offset the shimmer in it.

Tips: - Use a nice light powder to set this product like a Mac MSF or Australis does a lovely light powder. - Application with a buffing brush will give you the best results. - The product is quite runny so watch how much you squeeze the tube - it can get messy quickly.

Garnier B.B Cream - Oily & Combination Skin

I received the Garnier BB Cream from Beauty Review on Wednesday 18th of June, I am a BB newbie so I was pretty much excited to try this product. I have been using this product non stop for 10 days now I really like the texture of it how it glides on smoothly on to your skin and it doesn't feel sticky or dewy nor does it look and feel heavy on your skin, it really gives a great matte finish (I would personally say that this is a better product than my actual foundation because foundation can feel heavy whereas this BB cream feels light like you have nothing on which is great), I have a few breakouts from my T.O.M (Time Of the Month) so the coverage is not as great as what I was expecting, but what I have been doing is applying concealer on to stubborn areas before I apply so that when I put on the BB cream it becomes less visible. I really like that it has reduced and improved my oily skin and has minimised the appearance of pores so it works great in this area and I also really liked the natural coverage it has given me. By reading the back of the box it says after 4 weeks imperfections are visibly reduced so hopefully because I have only been using this product for 10 days straight hopefully it will help reduce the appearance of my acne marks and improve my skins natural radiance.

Tips: My tip would be to use less as possible if you want to look natural try not to use as much, the more u apply the more darker and noticeable the product can be seen. So its pretty much like how you would wear your make-up less is best =)
