Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free Review

My skin type is a combination with normal-oily skin and I have quite a pale face but I decided to get the Meduim coverage as I no some BB creams are quite light and to be honest this was the perfect shade for me. It glided on quite nicely and helped me have a blemish free face. My current BB cream I use is Misha and I always wear this product but I know have another favourite the Garnier Miracle BB cream. This product wasn't oily at all as i got the Oil-free BB cream as I have quite an oily T zone, it did however have not a great smell to it. It did exactely what it was meant to do! I blend the BB cream in with my flat top brush and works wonders then I apply my powder over top and seems to last me about 6 hours which is really good. I would love to buy this product again and use it over my face. I remove with Sukin cleanser and it takes the product right off :)

Ok so I love thhe skinny tube it comes in which make it extremely easy to carry around for touch ups during the day, there is no strong scent which is great! It is a liquid formula which dries matte on the skin. I usually have a dry skin type but love how this bb cream makes my skin look! Amazing coverage and the perfect colour I chose the medium shade which is perfect for me as a NC25 in MAC. This product goes on smoothly and you dont need much at all! I love that it lasts all day without looking shiny or patchy I will definitely be getting this product again! And this is definitely more for a yellow undertone/warm tone skin. Very very happy to have been introduced to this product

Love love loved this, I'd already tried the 'Normal' skin and found it to be a bit too oily so this one was perfect. As expected, it went on smoothly and stayed on all day. I didn't get the sheen-look as I did with the other one. Moisturized really well also and the medium tone was a perfect match for me as well.

after trying it for a week I just don't think its long lasting my face was really oily after wearing it for a few hours often times the bottle was faulty making a mess when I opened it and it was so liquidy that it just poured right out if it was less oily and a little thicker it would have been a good product

I really enjoyed using this product and would recommend to others. It went on well and I found it to be sufficient moisturising. It gave good coverage and left my skin dewy but after a few hours looked a bit oily. The consistency was great, not to thick and not to runny, basically a good tinted moisturiser with a better coverage.

Loved this little tube of wonder it made me feel flawless it blends well and also looks good with powder , its not to heavy like some bb creams are out there, iy was very light and i found that i can build it up or dress it down depending on how much i use, preferably i like to apply bb cream with my fingertips and foundation with a sponge or brush but i found that i got the desired look by blotting a sponge. Its a decent sized tube and a little goes a long way so it will last a while,I'm going to use this till the last drop!

Really impressed with this BB Cream. The medium shade matched my skin really well with a nice matte finish, it wasn't thick but then it wasn't too runny to where it was making a mess and went on a breeze. I didn't have to use much to cover my entire face and used both my fingers and a foundation brush to apply it and both worked really well. When i first open the lid It had a slightly strong smell i could only describe as smelling a perfume straight from the bottle but once i had applied it the smell disappeared. I found it really good as a base for my foundation and also on its own, even without a primer it lasted all day with me getting caught in the rain, standing over big pots cooking and being blasted with steam. I like the packaging, the long thin tube fitting neatly in my make up bag and also my handbag when i'm travelling. I like that i didn't feel as if my face was caked down with make up. It did leave my skin smooth but i think it would have worked a lot better over a primer or pore filler for a more flawless look. It did do as it said and worked well with my oily skin, a lot of foundations and BB creams feel horrible after a few hours around my nose and forehead but this one didn't. I have been using it every day and It hasn't left my skin feeling dry and i haven't broken out like i do with other BB creams. As for the price it's pretty cheap compared to a lot of top named brands so i definitely wouldn't be put off about buying it again, For the results it achieves it is well worth the price.

This was my first BB cream and I'm relatively impressed by the results. I've found it to be very easy to apply (I myself used my fingers like I do with liquid foundations), has good coverage, and is light so I didn't have the caked on feel like some foundations. I liked that I could use it for every day coverage, and that it's a bit more 'make-upy' than just tinted moisturiser. Due to my type of job, I don't like to have full make up on, but some coverage so I feel presentable which I could with this cream.

Sometimes the Medium shade seemed a bit dark compared to my morning Winter skin, but I can imagine it will go well with my skin in the Summer (If I have any left!). I wasn't fond of the fact that the liquid seemed to run out of the tube when opened and made me feel a bit messy.

As this is my first BB cream, I can't say how it compares to other brands. I would consider purchasing this again, but I will still shop around to see if there are other BB creams that may suit me better.

I was so excited to receive this in the mail to try out! Having used a couple of other branded BB creams, this was definitely my favourite. The colour (medium) blended perfectly into my skin, the consistency is of a good quality liquid foundation. It is very easy to apply ( I just used my finger as im usually a powder girl). It was a sheer coverage something good for "no makeup" days. although I had a shine after a couple of hours, I do however have a super oily T-zone. The packaging is very appealing to the eye. It claims to reduce pores, I found this wasnt true, my pores are enlarged and didnt look at all reduced. But overall, I was impressed and would purchase this for my days where I just need a little something :-)

This BB cream was pretty good. I had tried the original BB cream Garnier released years ago and absolutely hated it as it was greasy, had little to no coverage, and it slipped around my face whenever I wore it. This was quite a thin, runny consistency unlike many other BB creams I've tried. I used the Real Techniques expert face brush to apply this BB cream each time. It covered some redness but none of my darkness under my eyes, so I used some concealer under the eyes. I noticed after having let it sit on my face for ten minutes that the finish wasn't matte at all.. it was more of a satin finish (on my skin at least). So I set the BB cream with Rimmel stay matte powder. Despite setting it, it only lasted a few hours on my skin. It doesn't give great coverage and it doesn't last very long on my combo/oily skin. However, it does not claim to do either of these on the bottle. This BB cream was moisturising, it made my skin feel less oily, however it did not reduce my pore size at all. I dislike how this BB cream only comes in 2 shades, as it doesn't cater for darker skin tones. But overall.. PROS: Pretty good coverage of redness, the finish, it was moisturizing, it reduced oiliness CONS: very light coverage of darkness, shade selection, longevity, it didn't reduce pore size. I think this BB cream is best used if set with a setting spray (which I tried and it lasted much longer) or used for short period of time.. not to be worn for a full day (Not on oily/combo skin at least).
