I was given this perfume and on the initial smell, I wasn't sure if it was for me. But now I'm obsessed, I love the strength of this fragrance, and I enjoy all of the scent notes. I always get compliments when wearing this scent so would definitely recommend! Do smell it in store first and try it on your skin to decide how you feel about the smell of it on your skin.

I first received a 10ml travel size spray of Yves Saint Laurent Libre in my Christmas BBBE box and I fell in love!

My husband gifted me a 90ml bottle. Comes in a sturdy black, white, silver and gold box with the iconic YSL logo on the front. But the parfum bottle itself is one of a kind. The elongated shaped bottle looks extravagant with the YSL in gold bent around the bottle. Pops like a belt buckle you want everyone to see. There is also an indentation in the glass at the top of the letter Y. Very unique. The neck of the bottle is wrapped with a gold chain design,

I find it had to articulate fragrances. To me the fragrance is simply luxurious. It is sweet, floral, warm and musky. I can't compare the fragrance to anything else I have smelt. It is a beautiful, feminine scent. With only a couple of squirts it lasts all day. Wear day and night.

As soon as I tried this perfume (EDP) on in a store I knew it was the one for me. I love white florals in perfume and I think the combination of notes in this smell divine! I'm loving the vanilla as well, it doesn't make it too sweet for me; I think the orange helps with that. I was surprised to see lavender as a top note, I think Libre has an interesting pairing of notes. I asked for a sample and tested it for a while, just to make sure I didn't get a migraine from it and I didn't! So when I saw that Farmer's were gifting a 10ml EDT travel size free with the purchase of a 50ml bottle, I decided to finally get it to celebrate my new job. It has decent sillage, I reapply once during the day, and again in the evening if I'm out. Obviously perfume is personal preference, but I would highly suggest asking for a sample of this in Farmers or Mecca.

Received a sample in the Xmas BBBE. Have been using it daily over the last couple weeks. A unique warm/fresh fragrance. I can smell orange, lavender and vanilla. Not an unpleasant scent but nor would one I would usually purchase either. A nice day scent or one you may wear to an event.

I got some of this lovely fragrance to try in my BBBE. I love Yves Saint Laurent products, they always feel like luxury and this is no exception. I can only judge the bottle by the picture, but it looks classy and feminine.

The fragrance is a bit strong when it is first applied, but settles down quick to a very soft and sweet fragrance, that smells to me a little bit musky. I love musky sweet fragrances, so it is ideal for me. The one thing that lets it down, on my skin anyway, is that is fades quickly and I struggle to detect it after an hour or so. So, it means I would carry it around and reapply during the day. That's not a deal breaker necessarily. It is $129 for 30ml, so it won't last long if it is constantly reapplied though. So maybe it's just a special occasions fragrance.

I do recommend trying it.

Not only is the bottle boujee and eye catching but it smells devine. With top notes of mandarin orange, lavender, blackcurrant and petitgrain this is a beautiful long lasting fragrance that you need to test out for yourself. I have received compliments every time I have worn this fragrance, even stragers asking what I'm wearing.
