I found these quite average, didn't heat up as much as I thought they would and didn't stick very well either. Wouldn't purchase myself or recommend to anyone else. They're an awesome idea and it's a shame they didn't really work.

I dont think this product is all that bad... its definitely a solution to an age old problem... it does heat up a bit more than your body temp and i do believe it provides enough to get your period pains to soothe abit...I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from terrible cramps and i do believe if given a chance it can really help.. It may not be the best product in the world but for $4.99 ... shouldnt be expecting more than what it gives..
As I suffer from cramps I thought these would do the trick, but I was very disappointed when the heat patch only heated up to a luke-warm temperature. You can feel the warmth on your fingers but not on the rest of your body, as it quickly adapts to the feeling. The adhesive pulled my hairs which made it uncomfortable, but other than that it was a satisfactory experience.
Tips: Try a hot water bottle instead
did not stick well at all! was warm, not hot. maybe a "dud" pack. who know. but what i do know is that i will not be wasting money on this product again
Tips: invest in a wheet pack :)
I thought that the idea was fabulous, the product itself was very disappointing. As someone who suffers from severe cramps, I thought this would be a convenient product to have in my purse, for when I have my period. Instead the pad never stuck well and was only mildly warm. Very disappointing.
Love the idea but sadly the product didn't live up to expectations :( the pads didn't get much hotter than warm, and really didn't do much in the way of helping. Found that they stuck ok, not sure I would use or recommend them simply because a hotwater bottle or wheat pack is going to do a better job
Tips: Stick with your hotwater bottle (the mini version for kids are a great size) or wheat packs
They didn't really heat up as i thought they would they were warm but only just , after using the first patch i didn't bother with another . I gave the rest to my mum she hadnt heard of them and was willing to try them but had the same outcome that i had experienced so that kinder summed it up for us lol we just stuck to wheat/heat bags from pharmacies .
Tips: Hot water bottle or wheat bag, heat packs you can get them from pharmacies
Imagine my pain.. I'd gotten to work and been caught off guard a week earlier than usual - suffering from endometriosis, I found myself keeling over in pain waiting for the next person to start their shift so I could run to the supermarket >_>
I found these heat patches after seeing them here and decided I'd give them a crack - I really should've read the reviews before hand.
They too a long time to heat up, while they stayed in place very well they just didn't get warm enough to bring any relief. As someone else said, it barely got over body temperature so I continued the remaining four hours in pain despite combining the heat patches with painkillers.
These could've been great! I think I might just grab a regular gel-heat pad for my handbag next time..
Brilliant when I was having really bad backs during periods. Very soothing and so undetectable I could wear them at sports events in the winter when I felt chilled and unwell.
I suffer from bad cramps, and these heat patched looked like heaven in their little box on the shelf. I used one, and it was pretty disappointing. It took a very very long time to heat up, and even when it was heated, it was lukewarm. It also didn't stick very well. :(
Tips: Don't try them. They really aren't worth the money, even though it's not much.
