Worked okayish
I was very excited to try this primer because i am inlove with all other estee lauder products. The primer has a fairley thick see through consistency. Not as tick as i would prefer.
Its goes on smoothly and doesent feel like i have anything on my face witch i like but its also like ot didnt do much for my skin. Compared to other primers i normally use this is not the beste one for me. For the pruce of it i dont think i will repurchase it.

Not worth the money
After trying several cheaper primers and not liking the silicone feel I was talked into this by the girl at the counter. While it felt nice when first applied it was absorbed very quickly and then made my skin feel rather tight. When I saw the name "illuminator" I thought my skin itself would have a nice dewy glow about it but instead it was just covered in a cheap looking shimmer. It created a more even base than not having a primer but for me it was not reflective of the price point. Felt more like a serum than a primer. I do wish I had been offered a tester first as now I am still on the hunt for the perfect one. Will keep looking!

More of a moisturiser
I gave 2 kisses to would I use again and also did it do as it said. 1 kiss to recommend to a friend.
Primers have been a love hate relationship with me. I always use a good moisturiser so wanted a magic item to help foundation look good. I have been given a few deluxe samples of this. I couldn't bring myself to buying until seeing if I love as it is expensive. I have tried it under expensive and mid range foundations.
To me the packaging is nice. The product inside looks so pretty. All lumious looking. Once on my skin it's not a glow. It looks and feels like I have put on a thick moisturiser. It does feel nice. Just doesn't make me need to buy it

Match made in heaven.. or Not?
So this was a product that I thought sounded amazing, it was everything I was after in a primer and I had my hands on it when the strobing phase made way in the beauty industry so this product sounded too good to be true.
It comes in a flat squeeze tube container, which has has a pearlescent looking finish, and a gold metal coated lid.The lid twists off to reveal a small nozzle which is a design that works well. Really classy packaging in my opinion.
The primer is a creamy white colour is like the packaging, has a pearl luminosity about and shimmers of gold throughout. The consistency is good, and looks like a lotion in regards to thickness.
The primer is easy to use, and i just put it onto my face after moisturizer. It does add some luminousity to my face, which can still be seen after foundation.
Personally, i find this product only adds a slight glow to my face and nothing amazing. It also seems like the glow wears off faster than I would hope and there I also find this primer makes my foundation slip (only on my t-zone which is prone to oiliness).
Overall, this primer isn't for me-even though I had high hopes for it. I would not be repurchasing it

My go to for makeup, I love this brand. So this was a tempting offer last time I had a colour match for my new foundation. Love the smotth, silky texture and the way the foundation goes on over the top of this with ease. For luxury brands this is great, but I wonder if there are other more value products which work aswell?
Tips: Dab on gently and wait a few seconds bfore applying any foundations.
