I have honestly the faintest eyebrows! But after my mum brought me the Elizabeth Arden Brow Shaper it saved my life!
The powder is easy to use and comes with two different brushes. When you apply it, it doesn't look super fake and you can easily keep natural (but visible!) looking eyebrows.
I have previously tried eyebrow pencils but can't apply them without making them super dark -this kits perfect for amateur makeup users!
I wouldn't really use it for eyeliner however - I've tried this and it didn't work well.
I have always used a brow pencil then a friend applied Benefit brow kit. I loved the effect the powder & wax gave & it was really easy to use. I read the reviews on Beauty Review & I went out to buy one the next day but Benefit is only available in Smith & Caugheys. As I really wanted the kit immediately I let an Elizabeth Arden assistant apply their product. I was impressed with how easy it was applied & the fact that it was only one product to apply (unlike the powder & wax in some kits) I carried on shopping to see how it lasted & went back & bought it. I have been pleased with it & it is so much more natural looking than pencil. It can be used dry or wet but I wet my brush to get a bit more coverage. The packaging is larger than a pencil which is a bit of a shame when travelling but it is worth it to get the effect. It isn't the cheapest brand but will last me forever I think.
Tips: Get an assistant to colour match properly for you. Agree with the other reviewer - will probably have to replace the brush.
