I was lucky enough to trial this product when I was apart of the whole reversaderm range trial.
I used this every 6th day so once a week, which is perfect as I usually do a face mask once a week.
The mask is a light pastel lavender colour in the tube but once placed as a light film across the skin it goes clear. The mask doesn't completely dry out but it does tighten on the face as it lightly dries.
Leaving the mask on for 20-25 minutes before a warm water rinse I noticed a few things. Upon apply this product to my face it had an occasional sting which subsided pretty quickly. After rinsing there was no redness to skin which is tops for me as I have sensitive skin, it actually left my skin looking brighter and much healthier, I don't know about you but that's what I want to come from a skin care Mask!
I definitely would invest in this product just on its own as my weekly mask as I feel it has improved the way my skin looks and feels.
I got this as part of the Dr Lewinns Reversaderm range, which I've also reviewed as a whole.
Dr LeWinns Reversaderm Enzymatic Detoxifying Mask is an investment product really - you use such a small amount so infrequently that the cost per use isn't actually that bad.
This replaces two of the peels per Reversaderm cycle (about once a week) and has a similar effect to the peel, but feels a bit more luxurious.
The mask is a gorgeous pale purple shade, and is enriched with macadamia oil and saffron. It comes in a white tube with metallic blue writing - like the rest of the range, it vibes professional, effective skincare.
It's a different kind of mask to the peel - less chemically smelling and more sort of a hydrating and replenishing feel; skin afterwards feels incredibly plump and hydrated. This is meant to detoxify and I definitely feel like my skin glows after using it.
I would actually be tempted to gift this product to someone seperately, or repurchase it myself, because I feel like this could be used outside of the range (although of course it's best to use as part of it). I don't think the price is too bad for something you use so infrequently - even used once a week it would last ages.
