I used the mask once a week in replacement of the Micro-cellular Age Correcting Peel that is in this range and which I have been using regularly.
It is a light, creamy formula with a slight mauve tint to it but appears almost clear when applied. It has a light, fresh scent. After a couple of minutes the mask started to warm, a similar feeling to a professional peel treatment which was very impressive. At around the minute mark it settled down and was all good. The burning was by no means bad at all - I just feel I should mention that it did have a warming type feeling.
Filled with ingredients such as macadamia oil, French Saffron and an enzyme complex, this mask claims to reduce pore size and fine lines, reveal smoother and brighter skin, improve radiance, nourish, detox and refresh dull skin - and yes I think it does.
The moment i washed it off, towel dried my face and looked in the mirror I liked what I saw. My skin looked younger in every way - plump, pores reduced, smooth, even toned and glowing.
What more could you ask for?
I was lucky enough to receive the Reversaderm starter kit from the Vault. The kit consists of a cleanser, serum and moisturiser both to be used twice daily, a peel to be used every second night and this mask once a week. The kit contained enough of the use daily items to last me two weeks. There was quite a bit left of the peel and mask left which I incorporated back into my normal routine.
I had great results with the kit and this mask on its own. After using the mask for 20 minutes my skin feels smoother and plumper, giving the effect of smoothing out lines. I like that it feels more like a gel cream on application and doesn't leave skin with that tight feeling that you'd get with a clay mask.
I would use this again if could get hold of the starter kit again, especially as it's recommended to use in conjunction with other products in the range. I can't see myself going out and buying the full sized version of this product as its quite pricey. However for around the price of a facial you are getting pretty good results.
