Dr Lewinn's Ultra R4 Collagen Surge Plumping Gel

Unfortunately two weeks in I haven't seen any visible results in reducing fine lines and wrinkles. I have been using this morning and night as recommended. My skin does feel softer however, so the moisturizing side is obviously working. One major downfall of this product was I found it very difficult to apply to the face. I found the pearls kept wanting to escape my face to the floor, before they had a chance to be absorbed into the skin, they definitely didn't melt upon contact as they were meant to. However, I will be interested to see if this product shows any results when the four week mark is up. Thank you for the opportunity to try this :)

Great looking glass jar which comes with a metal spatula to scoop out product Inside the product is lots of tiny white balls in a gel which are fun to squish on your skin and only need a few as they do go along way. Such an expensive product when another supermarket NZ brand does the job perfectly well for me. The gel balls do tend to leave my skin quite greasy feeling and took a while to absorb but did leave my skin soft the next day. For the cost irs not worth it for me as its not my "go to" so will use up and definitely wont buy again.

I've never used Dr. Lewinn's product before so was really excited to give it a go. The packaging was lovely with a high-end design. The glass jar was a nice touch and I love how the spatula is rather weighty and a lovely design. The product itself I found gave me no benefit or noticeable reduction in my fine lines (I'm 42 btw). It definitely has a gel texture so you do need to wait for it to dry before applying makeup. I found the instruction vague - do I apply this as my moisturiser or prior. I found I did need to add moisturiser as my skin felt dry 30 minutes after application. The "pearl technology" I'm sorry was dumb, on a cold morning you needed to rub together in your hands to dissolve as I discovered they could just fall off during rubbing in, or worse, I discovered a pearl stuck on the side of my face later on. My husband referred to it reminding him of the Something about Mary film scene of the "gel" hanging from the ear. My final decider was over a 3-day test I used Aloe Vera on half my face and Dr Lewinn's R4 plumping gel on the other half. Guess what, the aloe had a visible better result!! This was also noticed by work colleagues. So to summarise sorry I will not bother again with this product.
