Pantene Moisture Renewal Shampoo Review

Well, I am so glad I was selected to review this shampoo, because it has made such a difference to my hair. Even after only one use, I noticed that my hair was silky, not frizzy, smelled nice and seemed to be less dry. The packaging is nice, a large bottle which is going to last me for ages. I had been using a two-in-one shampoo and conditioner previously, which did nothing for my hair, so getting fantastic results with Pantene is great. I have used Pantene in the past but for some reason changed to something else, but I will definitely be purchasing this shampoo in the future. Also it's sometimes on special at Countdown and the Warehouse, which I will look out for.

This product smells so good! My hair is very damaged due to a lot of treatment and colour.This shampoo made it feel silky, smooth and it looked beautiful again! This product cleaned very well and I will be looking for this product on the shelf at my local store.

I love Pantene but haven't been a loyal consumer jumping from brand to brand. When this arrived, I opened the courier parcel it smelt gorgeous, I couldn’t wait to try it. Really happy with results after a shampoo and wash, my hair felt lovely and soft and it also seemed to tame some flyaways. Great product, I would definitely recommend it.

I was a bit of a Pantene fan when I was younger. My Mum had always loved Rod Stewart - so when he married Rachel Hunter, she became a legend in our house. But to me, the product said salon quality without the price. Unfortunately somewhere along the way they changed something and I became allergic to it. My scalp would itch so much that I wanted to tear my hair out. They have talked about other changes before, but I didn't want to splash out and buy them to find that I was still allergic. Then in stepped BR. I was stoked to be added to the trial for the shampoo and conditioner.

The Shampoo bottle seems simple but still quite elegant to me. I had a look on the back of my other shampoo bottles and there seems to be quite a bit more jammed on there, Pantene has kept it basic and easy to read. The cap pops open easily - this is something that bugs me about a lot of shampoos, so many have caps that are impossible with wet hands. The shampoo formula is a little thicker than others I have. It smells lovely, not too strong (sensitive nose here) and goes into my hair really easily. It foams nicely, which I know isn't necessary - but I like to know where my shampoo is and where I need to lather up more. When washing it out it doesn't seem squeaky clean- so I know it hasn't stripped my hair of its natural oils while cleaning it. Drying without the conditioner I did have some frizz, and having fine, thick hair I found it harder to brush than normal. With the conditioner (review on conditioner page) my hair feels amazing. It's light, soft, smooth - so smooth that I need to do an extra loop on my hair tie or it slowly slides it's way out. And the best part - NO ALLERGY. I am really impressed with this formula and will definitely be a Pantene girl again!

The last time I used Pantene would have been well over 10 years ago. I can't remember the reason why I stopped using it, but after trialling this for a week my hair is soft and silky again. Previous to the trial my hair was on the frizzy dry side even after a recent haircut. But Pantene you have calmed my mornings with beautiful long, non frizzy, no fuss hair. The bottles are easy to open and a good size for the shower caddy. The shampoo also smells nice and fresh its not over powering just giving out a nice soft scent that I can smell in my hair all day. Pantene will definitely be my go to shampoo from now on.

Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo, this shampoo is great. I have hair that goes just below my shoulders. It's thick and frizzy and quite dry. This shampoo says it intensely moisturises hair to repair damage. I got about three uses out of the small sample I tested and I noticed my hair seemed to be in much better condition after the three uses. It was more silkier and smoother than usual and easier to manage after using this shampoo. I got a few compliments about how nice my hair looked after I tried it. I only needed to use a small amount of shampoo each time I used it. The consistency is thick and creamy and it smells nice, it's quite pleasant, not too over powering. I noticed my hair was shinier and rejuvinated after trying this shampoo. It's really easy to apply and rinses off easy. When I used it in conjunction with the Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal Conditioner, it made my hair feel moisturised and more managable. I recommend you try this shampoo especially if you have dry or damaged hair. I will be making this my go to shampoo from now on.

I have fairly thick wavy hair and the first time I used the shampoo and conditioner when my hair dried it was quite fluffy which I dont like. I found that the second time I used both products, it wasnt quite as bad. Unfortunately with my hair I aways have to use product to control the fluff and frizz factor but overall it was pretty good. I often suffer with a scratchy scalp with some products, but I didnt have that problem with this Pantene shampoo and conditioner.

The packaging was very cute. Pantene states it revitalize hair with 4x the damage prevention. It smelt amazing. Did really clean the hair but felt really horsy (does need a lot of conditioner to soften). first time using it thought it was good but it started to really dry out my hair, had a lot of fly aways and my curls dropped out. I like the idea of the Shampoo and conditioner but it isn't for me.

It made my hair feel very nice after washing, comb went through well and the curl held well without frizzing. However I don't wash my hair daily so I can't comment on that. The no-frizz although did not last past the first day. I think that if I had used it daily it would have been a good product.

I had been looking for a product to moisturise my hair as it is grey, I was growing it longer than my normal style and it had become quite dry. I have used the Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal shampoo and conditioner regularly over the last week and noticed immediately that my hair was looking less brittle and dry and that it felt softer and silkier. It is much more manageable and I am very pleased that the product did renew moisture in my hair and would be happy to recommend it to others.
