Revlon ColorStay Foundation - Combination/Oily Review

I love this foundation, it's easy to use, they have a great colour range and it does what it says it should, lasts for 16 hours. A great consistency, easy to blend and you can mix and match shades when you need to (for summer and winter skin tones or when you get a tan). The pump works well - you can use 1 pump for the weekend or a more casual look, or 2 pumps when going to work or out so you get more coverage.

This is my everyday foundation and has been for a couple of years now. I love that it provides a medium/full coverage where you can still see my freckles underneath (lightly). It is also non greasy which is a plus. My only problem with it is that when you apply setting power on top it tends to cake up quite a bit :( Otherwise it's a great products!

This foundation is amazing!! It is full coverage, easy to apply and not at all cakey!! I have been through 4 bottles of this foundation because I am struggling to find a better foundation

I accidentally came upon this foundation for my prom makeup which I was doing myself, I was scavenging for a full, long lasting foundation on WOW was this my holy grail !! But just like any other foundation I've tried, it eventually became used to my skin and hardly blended well, it would kinda just sit on my skin making it obvious I was wearing foundation. However, I like to switch between foundations an find myself often opting for this baby !

I got this home and I couldn't wait to try it because of all the amazing reviews so I did half my face in this foundation and my other half in my old foundation and the result was that this new revlon liquid foundation was flawless it went on so easy it was very easy to blend with both your hands and brushes and it stayed on all day which was the best !

I love this foundation. The range of shades is amazing, it gives really good, buildable coverage and it is easy to blend. It also lasts for ages. A really good, matte finish foundation with low SPF so little to no flashback in photos (yay). My go-to foundation!

This foundation is the best. I was hesitant to buy it at first because I'm a bit of a scrooge but I decided to take a chance on it because of all the good things I had heard and lucky I did. This foundation has a great coverage after the first application and the shade Fresh Beige matches my skin tone perfectly! It lasts all day and night and when combined with a primer and setting powder it leaves my face flawless. The packaging is quick sleek and simple which I like. The only downside is that when I got a tan I couldnt get the next shade darker because it goes WAY darker and there's no inbetween. Otherwise perfect!

I use to always buy this but found it's so overpriced and I found it needed to be set with powder to make sure it stayed, it's a pretty decent formula but for me I feel I can get such a nicer foundation for the cost. Also not a fan of not having a pump very hard to the needed amount

Ok so in the past I have been a bit of a revelon fan. This foundation is long lasting as it says. Gives good coverage and does feel comfortable. However I have found other foundations which do just as good if not better jobs for a lot less price, so I would recommend if you needed something for going out or special occasions, as it is pretty expensive but I would recommend if you come across it on sale to buy it as a spare :-)

I will be honest and say I'm not keen on foundation. I have very oily acne prone skin and have terrible luck blocking my pores when I wear makeup so I tend to avoid it unless I'm going somewhere special. I'm not one to wear it all day every day and will happily go without it to work. However if I wasn't so lazy in the morning I would definitely wear this to work. This is my best foundation so far and will not be changing any time soon. I love how easy it goes on my face and how well it sits on my skin throughout the day. I do have to make sure I cover all areas as it tends to set hard, but not noticeable to someone looking at you unless you look very closely. I find it doesn't cause my skin to break out and comes off easy enough. The only time I find it wears off is when I touch my face a bit, either resting palms on cheeks or rubbing face. I find this is cheap enough, I get the 30ml bottle which I think is all it comes in, and I buy it from Farmers so I get the Beauty Points. The bottle is easy to use with a push down pump lid, although you may find you can't get it all out at the end unless you unscrew the bottle. Bottle is glass with a plastic cap over pump. I also like that it has SPF 15 in it to. I find it lasts me 6 months plus but I'm not a heavy user, so may not last as long. I follow this foundation with the Revlon Colourstay Powder to finish it and set it. I'm not sure if it lasts 24hrs as I have never worn it for that long before, but I can get quite a few hours out of it.
