this makes contouring and highlighting very easy for beginners however it is rather small and can be rather difficult to use. its good for a more natural look as the colours are not very heavy
I got the Revlon Photoready Sculpting Blush Palette in 004 Berry. This is an amazing idea by Revlon having the Bronzer, Blush and Highlighter in 1 Compact. It makes life so much easier. The packaging is really cute and strong which I like about it. You get a "circle" of product.1/4 Bronzer, 1/4 Highlighter and 1/2 Blush.
I wanted to love the product itself, But I just cant. Its way to chalky and you have to apply alot of product to get a decent color pay off. In saying that this palette did last me a while though. My fave in this palette was the highligher. I loved it so much, it was the perfect shade to make the light bounce off my face.
It is good for sculpting your face, It has the right products to create defination and it gives you step by step instructions on how to sculpt/contour. This palette definatly does what its set out to do, but with little color pay off.
Over all its a good try by Revlon and I would recommend this palette to someone who was starting off their makeup collection or learning to apply makeup.
Tips: Might pay to use your own blush and bronzer brushes. As the brush supplied is not the best quality to apply this product.
I'm not too sure how I feel about this wee pallete. I purchased it as part of a sale and scored it for $10 which I was stoked with, I definitley wouldnt pay full price for it. I am quite pale so the brozner works quite well with my complexion, but I feel like it takes me quite a while to build it up which is annoying. I looove the highlighter in this though, but rarley ever use the blush. The highlighter gives a really nice glow on the top of my cheeks and I also use it on the brow bone sometimes. The pallete is quite small so I also find it quite hard to find a brush that wont mix the colours all together/put fall out all over the pallete. Over-all I would say for its price its pretty average but if you can pick it up some where cheap like I did then I would say go for it :)
This product is okay. I mostly use the highlighter out of it because i don't have another. The pallets are to small to get on your brush and I end up getting everything on my brush- annoying. Wouldnt repurchase it though i'd try to find a different product. I think
I liked the palette colours and casing which does come with a brush and mirror, ideal when travelling as all in one. The colours are nice especially the pink ideal for someone with a pale skin tone. I would prefer more depth in the colours to get the definition I require and I needed to apply several times for try to get the desired result, however on younger skin the depth of colour should be OK.
I purchased this awhile ago as I use all the other photoready products but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as the colour isn't very pigmented and doesn't show up well on my face or in photos and the packaging isn't very good hard to pick up the colours on a blush brush individually - ok if you want to mix all the colour together I guess.
I was reluctant to buy this palette, since there are so many bad reviews on the internet about it, but I had a complete yolo moment and bought it anyway!;) It isn't the best contouring palette, but I still think it is ok. I agree with everyone else, on the fact that the pans are way too small, it can make it quite difficult to get a decent amount of product on the brush. The products in this palette are not at all highly pigmented. To get the most out of this palette, you are best to use an angled brush for the bronzer, and a blush brush for the highlighter/blush- the little brush that comes with it just doesn't do the job. I find the bronzer is nice for fair skin, as it doesn't give a fake muddy effect. The highlight is subtle, but still quite nice, and again the blush is subtle but nice for a little pop of color. I wouldn't recommend this palette, it isn't bad, but just not great.. I would recommend looking at another sculpting palette, like one by Sleek or ELF for more pigmentation and more product.
I bought this product awhile ago when I needed a blusher and it was the second blusher I had ever owned, didn't wear it much. It was quite expensive for what it was blusher, bronzer and highlighter in one. The only thing is they are very small pallets so I found I had to use the brush that came in it as the product was hard to get out with my own brush. The colours were ok, but the highlighting pallet was the best, it looked really nice on. I probably won't purchase again unless I can get it on sale but think I'd try something different next time.
I really don't know if I like or dislike this product. The pigmentation isn't amazing but seeing as I have very pale skin it shows up alright, and it's very hard to make mistakes with - blends well, easy to apply, takes a few layers to see it. There is a bit of shimmer in all shades, which makes the highlight shade look quite beautiful under lighting but doesn't look as good with the contour shade if you have oily skin. Overall i'd say if you tend to go for a more sheer makeup look then pick this up, otherwise look elsewhere for this kind of palette.
