Firstly I would definitely recommend giving this a try. The primer goes on smooth and I found hydrating. The concealer is full coverage so perfect for covering blemishes and the foundation leaves your skin looking fresh, awake and dewy. The collection wore really well throughout the day. All of the items were easy to apply and blend. If you like a dewy, glowy look this is perfect for you.

Thanks to BR for giving me a place on this trial I have really enjoyed trying these products out. They all state that they are “radiant” products and this is 100% true. I have oily/combo skin and I still enjoyed this regime. I have tried all 3 products together and separately with other products and although I found using the primer and foundation together too radiant for my skin type they wore beautifully and lasted a decent amount of time. I didn’t enjoy the concealer as it peeled under my eyes but didn’t crease. I will continue to use the foundation and primer (my new favourite) but won’t repurchase the concealer. I definitely think this range is best suited to a dryer skin type or someone that loves a ton of glow as that is exactly what you’re going to get with these products. Each item mixes well with other brands and can be toned down with a mattifying primer or powder. They weren’t cakey and looked really natural on my face. I loved the simple packaging and the colours were very cohesive on the skin. Although I didn’t like the concealer I’m sure it would work well for anyone that doesn’t have watery eyes but definitely needs to be set with a powder to prevent creasing. I’m really impressed with the quality of this range and will definitely be recommending it to my friends.

This range literally saved me! My skin is not used to the cold weather coming from a tropical country Philippines, my face gets really dry during this season. I love this range because it doesn’t make my face look flaky. It looks radiant and glowing which I really like.

First that I want talk about is the primer. At first, I didn’t like the shimmery effect this range has but I came to love it! This is one of the most amazing drugstore primer! I use it everyday now and makes my makeup intact and looking fresh all day without the need to retouch.

As for the foundation! Honestly, I didn't like it at first because of the glittery effect on the face like my face is really glowing and radiant because of the glitters! I am someone who likes matte rather than the shimmery stuff you put on the face but this one made me like shimmery makeup products!

My face is glowing all day which I like. The coverage is really good and actually at first I felt like the shade was a wee bit dark for me but it's not! It blends on my skin and doesn't oxidise which is really amazing because most foundation oxidise on my skin. I like its longetivity, stays on my face the whole day. Lastly, the SPF is amazing! I love that it has SPF, I am someone who uses sunscreen all the time because I want to take care of my skin.

The concealer is just amazing as other products in this range. The coverage is medium I’d say but it works for me because I only conceal my under eye and I chose a lighter shade for that which is a really good decision.

Overall, would repurchase when I ran out. Love it so much!

Choosing the colour we preferred online, is a tricky thing to do at the best of times. I did think straight away the colour of foundation and concealer was a bit too bronze/orange like for my initial liking.

Set gave me the opportunity to appreciate how they complement eachother.

Packaging is orange themed. This range looked like it belonged together.

Primer $16.99 for 30ml in a tube: Texture is smooth with a light golden tinge. Great to apply and smooth out, leaves my skin with a flexible and non-tightening clear layer, doesn’t inhibit application of foundation. Has SPF25 built in. Fragrance is refreshing & subtle, very pleasant.

Foundation $25.00 for 30ml glass with push down dispenser: When applying, after smoothing and settling in, the colour actually gives a sun kissed glow without looking like more than just a BB cream has been applied. Gives a much smoother cover than just BB cream. The cover is even and easily applied. Perfect match with Primer, I was left just that little more radiant when using primer first vs. not. Time is on your side with this one, it didn’t dry too quickly which meant it was easy to keep blending. Using a second layer did give a more full look, one layer didn’t look like I was just starting off, I could easily pop a little powder on and go. For me this is a versatile product.

Concealer $18.99 7ml mascara like dispenser: Liquid concealers are my preference, Ivory 010 matched perfect with the Foundation in 100 Ivory. Used around my eyes, was so easy to apply with a concealer brush. Dispenser made it easy to do touch-ups, even after applying mascara (a risky move for me to do). Not too complicated, just a great wearing product, not settling too much in my eye lines. Long wearing and easy to take with me while out and about.

The prices of each are great value for money (IMO that’s for the result I got). Not recommended for use if you are wanting that long wearing full on look say for a wedding, but for every day, these products are good value, honest and reliable. Lasting about 4 hours in general before a bit of a spruce up is needed, this is ok with me, would do that anyway.

Strangely enough the radiance claim is the perfect word to describe, I am not as sun-kissed at the moment and of course using bronzers are a bit full one for winter, this one however leaves a smooth, radiant, healthy and hydrated look (and feel).

For $16.99, $25.00 & $18.99 = $60.98 for the set. Thank you Rimmel for great price points (there are often 3 for 2 deals so that makes the price it even more magic).

Ideal for those with teenagers or for teenagers themselves. I thank goodness that I had teenage sons, no need for makeup.

I am embarrassed to say I overlooked the Rimmel brand, just based on price and packaging I felt it was aimed more towards younger skin.

Want a high-end feel from a drug store steal? This illuminating range gives you glow from a price that is low. The creamy skin-quenching primer prepares the skin for the SPF-infused foundation, with the concealor there to destroy all dullness. The products all smell fresh and floral- there is no chemical smell. Long-lasting and easy to blend, the three products network well. I recommend for lifting a dull complexion!

I was lucky to be selected for this trial and used the products for a week.

My skin is dry and I often choose dewy or radiant finish in my skin products. I really enjoyed some aspects of these products but others not so much...

The primer was quite thin in consistency, although my makeup wore quite well on top it was a bit shimmery and it didn't fill pores and lines.

The foundation had a good level of coverage, applied easily and wore well. However it was a bit too shiny and had a heavy yellow/orange undertone.

The concealer really stole the show for me, the texture was perfect and I loved the hint of dewyness without the shimmer or glitter. This is a concealer I will definitely use again!

This was one of my favourite Beauty Review trials so far, mainly because I finally found an illuminating primer that I liked that actually works! I will definitely be using it again. It had a nice soft brightening effect on my face without being tacky or greasy.

Having said that, I liked the foundation and while it was pretty good for daytime, there wasn't enough coverage for evening. It was slightly illuminating but not overly so. Average coverage with good spreadability and very easy to apply, especially with a brush. Would be worth trying to build coverage for evening if that is your thing, but I prefer a ready-made heavier coverage product for night time.

The concealer was the most disappointing of the 3 products, it really let the other 2 products down. Good coverage and worked as a general concealer, but zero illumination of my eye area.

I would use 2 out of 3 products again, but only for daytime. Sadly I wouldn't use the concealer as it didn't live up to it's claim of illuminating and brightening the eye area. There are better eye concealers on the market in my opinion.

I love the packaging of the products - it fits with their range and you can tell that they are Rimmel products straight away. I really like how Rimmel seems the packaging consistent and just customises the colour of the range to suit each different use (in this instance orange for radiance makes sense).

The scent of the primer was quite strong - it reminds me of the Clean and Clear orange 'Morning Burst' cleanser. I quite like it and I think that is to do with the sense of nostalgia it gives, but if you are sensitive to scents it may be too much. I didn't notice the scent in the foundation or concealer.

When I first applied the primer, I noticed hints of shimmer on my face and it seemed to be showing up on some dry patches so I was a bit worried. Then I realised that it was only in my close up mirror that the shimmer was actually noticeable and really the overall look was just glowy, honestly no one would actually notice the particles of shimmer unless they were extremely close!

Once I added foundation, the shimmer in the primer wasn't noticeable at all. It is like adding the foundation tones down the shimmer in the primer but brings out the luminosity overall, which is great and what I assume Rimmel was aiming for.

The concealer blends really nicely. I like that when you take the wand out, there isn't too much product on it so you don't need to tab it round the entrance. However, I wasn't 'wowed' by the concealer. If it hadn't been given to me in the set, I don't think I would have considered it a 'radiance' concealer - it does a good job concealing but it didn't really radiate my under eye area. Instead of a concealer I would have rather seen a radiating primer in the range.

Overall, I was impressed by the range. The primer and foundation work really well together and for the first time I am seeing the benefits of using products from a range together (I used to think that it was purely a marketing gimmick). I was worried a 'radiance' range might just make my slightly oily face look oiler, but it really made me seem to glow without making me oily. I would purchase the primer and foundation again, but I'm not totally sold on the concealer (which works well enough) and that may be because the other two products are just so good.

I think the rimmel lasting radiance base regime is fantastic overall, I have a new favorite concealer and foundation and it's an affordable range too which is important. The packaging is nice too which will make for awesome photos for influencers to post about. The shade range could use some work but that's my only gripe.

Not only are these products great value for money, they're great quality. All three go on well together, last all day and really help to brighten the complexion. I loved this regime, and think I'll be sticking around for more once this lot is all gone. What more could a girl ask for - even, bright coverage, covers all spots and blemishes really well, and smells delish to top it all off!
