I am yet to meet someone that wouldn't look good in this blush. Its the right balance of peach and pink to suit almost anyone.
This blush is a dream to work with, it doesn't kick up a lot of dust and gives a nice healthy glow to the face and can even be layered over a matte blush for a new look again.
Still looks good on the skin 8 hours later.
Tips: Packaging is so nice, but is prone to getting dirty easily, but a makeup wipe easily brings it back to the luxe we know and love from NARS.
For years I resisted buying this product because everyone raved about it and for some reason that made me resistant... I thought blush was a product that wasn't really worth splurging on. Turns out I was wrong!
I was gifted some Nars Orgasm and it's hands down the most beautiful blush I have. It works well on my fair skin and somehow seems to mesh into my skin instead of sitting on top and looking cakey. The gold shimmer looks OTT in the pan but on the skin it looks great. When I'm having a no-makeup makeup day, I just put a bit of this on my cheeks and do my eyebrows.
Tips: Buy the sample size. Nars is expensive and even using everyday, the sample will last you for ages.
I read reviews myself on this blush and wondered what all the hype was. So I brought myself the mini version just to try. I can now say I have repurchased several times and use it daily! It’s such a subtle and pretty looking blush. I’m a light/medium skin tone and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new blush. I know blush isn’t for everyone, but once you find the right shade and brand I promise you it’ll change your whole routine!
Tips: If you’re looking for a natural look during the day pop some on your cheeks and also on the contour of your eye, looks super pretty!
This colour is wonderful and natural looking, it has lasted me for ages, it goes on well and not too heavy. I love the kind of goldy light shimmer to it. It feels so light and soft.
I bought this blush owning to the hype around it and I can easily see why it is so popular. I am very fair so I use a very light dusting of this, but my darker skin friends like to layer it up or use a much heavy amount and it seems to suit all of us! This blush is a lot more pink that I would have thought (I was expecting more of a coral colour), but the gold reflect to it makes it universally flattering. Definitely wouldn't recommend this shade if you're looking for a matter blush as it definitely has a shimmer, but this shimmer is quite classy and doesn't come across as glittery at all. The majority of NARS blushes are excellent quality, so if this shade appeals to you, give it a go! And definitely don't be put off if you're fair like me, you just have to be sure to use a very light amount at first and build it up if need be.
I have heard so much about the Nars blush in Orgasm. I was skeptical about the hype - surely a blush can't suit everyone? I caved and bought it on a trip to NYC.
The pink shade is very pretty and pleasant, however the golden shimmery quality is what makes the blush special. Surprisingly the shimmer is subtle so it can suit an everyday look. The golden quality is also what makes it so versatile for various skin tones.
The downside is the price. I have concluded that they must have some kind of makeup witch/warlock on retainer to justify that price.
Tips: Save money by buying this in dutyfree when you next have a chance or get the duo version (with Nars Bronzer Laguna) when you find a Sephora overseas.
This is the perfect blush - believe the hype.
The colour is a beautiful peachy, coral with a slight shimmer to it. Don't worry though as once it's applied it doesn't look glittery - the shimmer almost acts more like a highlighter. I have olive skin but this blush should suit most skin tones.
This product easily lasts all day without having to do any touch-ups. It comes in a small, compact size black case and you really only need to apply a little bit each time so it will last a while even if you use it every day.
There are a lot of dupes out there but it is worth it to give the real thing a try. It's a product that's definitely worth the money.
I was so happy when i got this for Christmas as when i bought the foundation this was tried on with it and i looooved it! Such an easy way to add colour back into my cheeks without using much product. I love this when i want to add a little bit more and something special to my face during a night out. The packaging is also amazing!
I bought a mini of this recently from Mecca and it is now my absolute favourite blush. It's perfect for either day or evening wear, and easy to give a very natural finish to give a subtle healthy glow. Or for evening, just a touch more with some highlighter and you're set. This is a high quality product where a little goes a long way due to the brilliant pigmentation. I'll definitely be buying the full size next time!
I was late to discover this shade of blush epecially considering how hyped up it is. I ultimately didn't want to spend a small fortune on a blush that I might only wear a few times a month. I brought a mini version with a lipgloss. OMG what have I been waiting for.
I have pale skin and this looks incredible on. It's a soft pinky/peachy with shimmery gold flecks. The shimmer shows up just enough but without looking too intense. The compact is black, it's made of thick plastic and is strudy. The powder is super pigmented so only a light sweep with a blush brush is needed to achieve a natural looking glow. This has become my new favourite blush and I use it more than twice a month!
