Maybelline Mini Colorama Nail Polish

The colours are nice, I have about 5, but the small brush is annoying, I find it much easier to use the wide ones. Does chip pretty easily too.

I have this cute little polish in the shade No. 64 Vibrant Fuchsia, it is a lovely bright pinky fuchsia (as the name suggests) with micro shimmers and a lovely shine.

I find the polish applies well being fully opaque in two coats. It dries quickly which is essential but doesn't have a great wear time which is a shame. It usually lasts a good four days on me before a decent chip appears (which is okay I guess for a cheap polish but doesn't stand up to other polishes I own).

I think these make a nice treat if you want a new nail polish shade but don't want to shell out for a full-sized bottle or more expensive brand but are not a polish I would repurchase personally (I would much prefer to save up for a higher quality polish with a longer wear time)

One day I decided to vamp up my toes with red polish (how daring of me! *snort*) instead of going with my usual pink so bought this in the Candy Apple shade as I didn't see the point in buying a full sized polish if I hated having red tootsies. It went on easily, the colour was fabulous and it stayed on without chipping. It also started my love affair with having red tootsie nails and I've bought a fair few full sized red polishes since. A great starter polish :)

I purchased the yellow shade in the Maybelline Mini Colorama range as I had previously seen a girl wearing yellow nail varnish and I loved the look and had to have a bottle. The only yellow in store was this one so brought to try out, it was ok not anything special. Colour wise it was quite bold and solid without any sheen, the application was great I find the brush width in these mini bottle to be narrow enough to get straight lines and the fibres on the brush were well behaved and not straggling. It did however take 3 layers to get the solid colour without any gaps and it wasn't very long wearing either having it chip on me from merely typing on a keyboard. Would I buy again? probably not unless I can't find the shade I want in another brand.

I remember buying lots of colors of this minis when I was younger, I had to put like at least 3 coats on to get the lovely color and without streaks. It chips easily in a few days unless you put a top-coat on daily (it's a good trick to make all nail polishes last longer). I liked how affordable and mini they were, I always struggled to use up a whole bottle of nail polish, I prefer minis.

I own a few of these, in very different colours from eachother. I found the consistency to be of my liking, especially since I own a pale blue that I imagined would be sheer as anything (needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised!). The longevity of the polish is above average, but nothing amazing, though I own amazing top coats that prevent chips for at least a week. Such a good size bottle too!

I've bought these a couple of times, finding their colours cute and a cheap pick up option as a mini treat! At the moment I have a spearmint colour "Green park" that's fun and unusual looking. The Polish is quite thin compared to others and the colours I have chosen need a good couple of coats to not appear streaky. They chip after a couple of days like others so nothing new there! I would buy again just for the convenience and affordability but prefer better quality brands.

I bought a few of these off NZ sale as they were in 2 packs for about $3 which is pretty cheap. The colour payoff is nice, 2 coats gives a nice opaque colour. It doesn't last super long on me, maybe a couple of days but that seems to be normal. My favourite is a light blue colour, I don't have anything else like it.

I don't know if it's me or the polishes I use, even proffesional mani's don't last that long on me. They have a good range of colours, I bought a few for nail art purposes. The colour is pretty vivid, 2 coats is all you really need, the strong pigment made them perfect for nail art.

I have this in candy apple and absolutely love it. Its a great toe nail colour. Theres a few nice shades in this range. The quality of the polish is like any other nail polish, no better or worse except the bottles are smaller making these super travel friendly. These are $10 at my local pharmacy so probly wouldn't repurchase unless i found it cheaper.
