Jeffree Star Liquid Lipsticks Review

Love them! These don't dry out your lips, stay on longer than other liquid to matte brands, are really comfortable to wear, very little if any bleeding, and have amazing and unique colours.

Obviously from the title you can already tell my opinion.. i own 15 of the Jeffree Star lipsticks. I love them! The packaging is gorgeous and i especially love the limited edition white christmas packaging that he came out with. The formula is a very thin liquid when you first apply but dries totally matte and opaque. Most shades last on me all day without touchups as long as i don't eat anything oily but there are a few shades which seem to have a slightly different formula. 714, doesn't last as well but as far as i know he discontinued this shade because he didn't think the formula was as good. Weirdo, the black colour, seems to take longer to dry than the other shades doesn't seem to last as well as the others. In saying that it is still better than any other liquid lipstick brand that i have tried. Drug lord, the white shade also seems to be a slightly different formula as it isn't as opaque but is fine to use to lighten other shades or if you do want it as a stand alone colour is fine with a few coats. The Jeffree Star lipsticks seem to reapply perfectly as i've found that some tend to do flaky when layers are added across the day but that isn't the case with Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks. The colour range is also stunning! The only colours he seems to be missing are yellow and grey, but grey can be created using weirdo and drug lord. Another benefit to these is that they can be easily mixed to make custom shades!

Overall i totally recommend them, i can wear them all day with no hassle and the colours are gorgeous and very pigments! I will definitely be buying more!

I have just bought this in the colour Celebrity Skin, and holy cow its amazing. The formula is really smooth, and goes on easily. The little applicator is a really nice shape and makes application easy. But the lipstick wears SO well! I can wear it all day without needing a touch up. That's amazing. Doesn't feel dying, I can wear it multiple days in a row without dry lips (unlike the Mac retro mattes). I can't wait to get more shades!

I love Jeffree Star lipsticks and can't wait to expand my collection. I tried the shade Blow Pony and it's gorgeous. It's easy to apply, great coverage and last forever without needing a touchup. I went all day without reapplying and that's an achievement since I'm a bit of a slob haha.

The day I discovered Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks on Instagram I knew I needed to have them in my life. First of all they are cruelty free and they are just plum gorgeous! All of the colours available are simply stunning and call to my inner rebel. They have colours that not many other brands would even contemplate.

The first time my JS cherry was popped was by my very good friend Shazatron for our gift exchange at xmas 2015. Imagine my pure delight and slight tear filled eyes at opening these babies! I was gifted two colours; Weirdo which is a black and is my best friend. The other is I'm Royalty which is a dark purple and is amazing. The packaging is uer cute and calls to my girly side. They have stars and are PINK! The tube itself is clear to show me exactly the colour I am getting.

The formula is quite thick for a liquid lipstick. I love how easy it is to apply and gives a nice clean line with the wand applicator. If I make a mistake however I need to wipe it off fast because it dries super fast. When it dries it is matte which is my choice of lispstick finish most days so it's perfect for me.

It is quite creamy and not drying for my lips. I use a lip balm underneath to make sure that my lips remain nourished and moisturised. The lasting is amazing. I can eat and drink all day long and it still sits in place with the exception of a bit of fading at the opening of my mouth and lips. I am so impressed with everything about it hence the five star rating. I am a JS believer and will amass all of the colours!! So affordable and so gorgeous who wouldn't want them!

I was lucky enough to receive this from a friend who wasn't a big fan of the shade - Doll Parts. The shade is like a dark rose sort of shade which I love. I had been interested in these for some time so was really excited to try it.

The packaging is really quite awesome. Clear acrylic so you can see the shade through it. White lid with stars on (my fav) in rose gold. Really different from any other brands packaging which I think is fab.

This is quite matte so I make sure my lips are well prepared beforehand although I didn't find this overly drying. The applicator is great so it makes it easy to apply. I find it drys down quite quickly and that is when it just sticks around. I did find I needed to touch up the middle after lunch but that is no big deal. I love lip products that stick around. I do find it stains my lips a bit but I like that.

I love this and would recommend to anyone, especially as you can get it in such a range of colours, there is something for everyone.

I absolutely adore these lipsticks. The formula is great. They go on easily, are long lasting and they are so comfortable. You almost forget you are wearing them. They come in an amazing variety of colours. My favourite is Redrum and is my go to red lipstick. I just love them.

I have 5 of his colours and I love every single one of them! Celebrity skin is my favourite go to, although it's coming to the end and Im unfortunately scraping the bottom of the barrel to have beautiful lips :( It lasts all night and wont bleed or rub off onto any surfaces!

What can I say that others haven't already?! These liquid lipsticks are my favourite! They glide on so smooth in a very soft and liquidy consistency, but dry completely matte and opaque. The lighter colours I touch up once during the day (usually after lunch) but i can put these on first thing in the morning, before 8am and they are still on my lips at 10pm when I was my face.

The colour selection for this range is great, a whole variety of gorgeous nudes and pinks and then a whole array of pretty out there holds and brights.

My only negative is how fast they sell out and how hard it is to get hold of all the colours you want, because they only restock two or three shades at a time... But I always get sucked in and order, so they must be good!!

Seriously, I cannot recommend these lipsticks highly enough!! I recently became the proud owner of 'Androgyny' and 'Masochist', and lemme tell ya, they are worth every cent I paid for them. These lipsticks go on as a gloss and dry matte, and once they are dry, you are hard pressed to get them off! As long as you avoid oily foods, they should last pretty much a full day, though a touch up may be required if you have eaten or been talking a lot! That being said, I wore mine through two meals and no touch up was needed. Highly recommend!
