Maybelline The Colossal Big Shot Mascara Review

I was very excited about this mascara when I first opened it, but unfortunately was a little disappointed.

The brush is straight so no curves but the product comes out very thick and clumpy when applied to the eyelashes. There is a lot of product that comes out on the brush but almost too much that I have been using a different mascara wand but in the Maybelline The Colossal to stop the clumpiness.

It does add volume from the tip to root but too much that it gives that ‘spider’ mascara look.

Will keep looking for my next fave mascara!

I have no idea why this product is rated well for me it didn't do much at all I had to apply multiple brushing action and then it still didn't deliver I think this is very average and for the price it isn't worth it. The design is fine brightly coloured but I don't get the squiggly base for the handle. For a Maybelline mascara this didn't impress on results would not re purchase. Perhaps I got a dud or my application technique is different to everyone else? It just didn't do it for me. I want long lashes and this is a volume mascara but even so I wanted to try it seeing as it's rated well. One good thing is it seems to wear well and hasn't made my lashes feel dry. I experienced no itching either

Sadly, I was disappointed with this mascara. It clumped ++ and I needed to essentially clean the wand off before I could use it. It also flaked and rubbed under my eyes I wont buy it again and stick with my old Maybelline pink mascara.

Bought this expecting a great mascara but was disappointed. The wand is quite large and the mascara went on clumpy and colour was way too dark for me. I use another Maybelline mascara product which is better to apply and a nice brown colour which suits my colouring better

I wasn't overly surprised by the quality of this mascara based on its price as it was a cheaper option. I found it to be clumpy/spider looking. Was not pleased with the end result or feel it had on my lashes
