L'Oreal Paris Lash Paradise Mascara Reviews

Excited to try a new mascara as I feel my lashes were started to look sparse and lost. Let's start with the metallic pink packaging. I do like this as it gave it more credibility and looked sophisticated. Once I got the mascara out I knew it was going to make me happy as I love this style of brush. Very easy to apply a rich creamy texture without being overly saturated on the wand. I applied both sides of lashes as you should and was pleased with the coverage. Not too thick, clumpy or looking like spider legs. I must admit day one I tried two coats trying to see how big I could go. A bit clumpy on the ends but I sorted that out. The next day I did one coat and this was better, fast and gave great results. The next test was day time napping. I do like a power nap sometimes and waking up with mascara all down my face is always a problem. Hooray this mascara does not budge or leave crumbly bits all over your cheeks. Final test was ease of removal. I have an all in one cleanser and eye makeup remover for light makeup worn most days. I was really pleased with the simplicity of removal. Always a test is excess mascara under eyes the next morning. Pleased to say eyes were clean and just had their normal bleary lack of sleep look going on. So was I happy overall with my new luscious lashes? Yes and they definitely have given my natural look a boost and looks like I have my young lashes back again.

First impressions - I love the rose gold gold case, very cute packaging! I found the brush to be quite thick (I prefer curved mascara brushes myself) and as a result it was hard to get super close to the lash line. The brush collects a fair bit of product which I found I had to wipe against the top of the container before using otherwise there was too much. The mascara is a thick consistency so I had to be careful not too apply too much otherwise the lashes clump together. I like to layer mascara for a more dramatic look but I think layering too much of this product would leave me with spider lashes! But the end result was fine - my lashes look perfectly nice. I did notice a little bit of smudging underneath my eyes throughout the day, so it is not totally smudge proof.

All in all I’ll continue to use this product until it runs out but I wouldn’t be in a rush to purchase it again.

I loved this mascara as an everyday look! The packaging is upmarket although similar to another big brand. The formula is very liquid based so I would only put on a few coats to avoid clumps! Although buildable I think it still leaves you with short lashes. This mascara was easy to remove with micellar water I am a contact lense wearer and this mascara was fine to wear daily

i love the rose gold tube, it appeals to my inner girl and my inner magpie.

i love the wand, its a decent length and the brush isnt stabby, its soft and gorgeous, and often coated deliciously with mascara.

the mascara itself... amazing. best formula ive used in a long time. it doesnt clump, or smear, or smudge, or anything that makes you wonder why you bothered getting out of bed. its just gorgeous.

lashes are all coated evenly and are definitely volumized, and i feel extra girly every time i use this mascara. absolutely adore it, and i will repurchase!

A weird title for a mascara review but oh my gosh it smells amazing, like an expensive perfume or moisturizer! I was surprised it smelt so strongly with it being labelled for sensitive eyes but I had no reaction and throughout the day wafts of the scent caught my nose!

The packaging was also surprising, I liked the shiny lid and how that differed to the matte colour of the rest of the product. That colour is amazing. But it feels oddly light and a bit on the cheap side?

The formula is pretty smooth and thin, I found it definitely lengthened my lashes but lacked on volumizing. Almost lump free as long as I didn't have too much on the brush, I do think my lashes looked soft. I always have a problem with mascara leaving me with panda eyes throughout the day, I wore this product on several different occasions and only had a slight smudge at the end of the day so for me this is such an improvement.

I do like this mascara, but would pair it with another product that adds some volume if I was going for anything other than a soft look. Honestly that smell though is making this one of my new favourite everyday mascaras and will most likely repurchase.

am really happy with being able to trial this product. The product gave me thicker, longer, more volumous and intense eyelashes and really made my eyes stand out. I would say they did a fantastic job at lengthening them, and I also have sensitive eyes that often react to make up, moisturizer and mascara but I have had no issue when using this product. I can't say I really touched my lashes to tell you whether they made them feel supple, but the product was easy to apply and the packaging is appealing and elegant. The product also smells nice and I would say would last a long time - making it economical and affordable. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. I hadn't worn any mascara for a while and my fiance out of the blue busts out "you look beautiful today" so that really made me feel great

I applied two coats of the mascara for a more volumous effect, letting the product dry between coats. I also used a tissue on the wand to remove excess product so I didn't over apply on the delicate bottom lashes. Finally I finished off with an eyelash brush to separate the lashes and remove any stray clumps

I got this mascara because of the great reviews and that it is supposed to be a good one for senstive eyes - which my eyes can be on occassion.

The mascara comes in a cute pink tube and has a reasonably standard looking mascara brush.

The formula creates reasonable length lashes with only a little clumping.

It stays on all day without flaking and doesn't irritate the eyes (though I am skeptical of whether really sensitive eye'd people wouls agree).

Picking it up on sale at Chemist Warehouse also meant it was a really good price.

Because I switch mascaras frequently, I tend to prefer mini ones. But this competed with them so well, I may reconsider.

I looovvve this mascara and it’s a great dupe for the 2 faced better than sex mascara. They have the same brush and look very similar applied. It comes in a brown as well which is a yay for if you’re into that sort of thing and I’ve had no issues with clumping, panda eyes etc and it comes off easily. It’s always on sale somewhere to access cheaply to ensure you’re replacing them frequently to be keep your risk of infection from bacteria down. It applies nicely and the label doesn’t wear off like so many other of my mascara so have haha.

Thank you for the opportunity to try this. This did what it said in the sense that it did not cause itchiness of my eyes, which was a definite plus for me as I have found a lot of mascaras are now causing this with my eyes. It also offered great volumizing and lengthening and did not flake or smudge - another great plus! Unfortunately though I found it did clump on a few occasions and I believe the applicator needs a pointed tip to enable easier application of lashes in the corners of the eyes. Overall though, not a bad mascara :)

I was in need of a new mascara, so I decided to read through reviews on BR before purchasing. The L'Oreal Paris Lash Paradise had really great reviews, so I decided I would give it a try.

L'Oreal isn't a brand I generally reach for, but I had fairly high expectations given the reviews I read.

Prices online range anywhere from about $20 - $30.

Now I really wish that I could say I loved it, but for me, this product is just average.

I found that it can be a bit clumpy, and really doesn't do anything to give 'volume or intense length'. The 'intense black' is a nice deep black - if that makes sense. But other than that, there was certainly no 'wow' for me. I've used better mascaras in the same price bracket, and I wouldn't rush out to purchase it again.
