CoverGirl LashBlast mascara

I was given this as a gift from my mum. I love the thickness of this mascara tube, makes it super easy to hold while applying and to find it in your handbag too ;)

I personally find this is a nice mascara for everyday use that gives a nice natural look with some length. It certainly isn't for those who want false lashes look. Love how it never clumps and separates every lash

I don't find it thickens my lashes or provides alot of extra length.

I do have to apply it several times to my lashes also as its quick a dry formula.

I wouldn't go out and buy again or reccomended to a friend as there are other options that provide more length and thickness

Did gave the length that I needed. I got short eyelashes and it gives me the result that I need especially when I rest my eyelashes from the whole eyelash extension.

this is definitely one of my HG mascaras, i pair the volume this gives me with the covergirl lashexact mascara which gives me the perfect length and volume for any night out! I only purchased this one and lashexact as I couldn't find maybelline rocket in New Zealand but I don't regret it at all!!! love this and definitely gonna continue repurchasing!

i personally love this product as i am fortunate enough to have naturally very long eyelashes and i find this mascara is best for me. The brissels on the brush don't clump together like other brushes i have used. The mascara itself darkens my lashes without making them look overdone and clumpy which i love. It gives you a natural look for everyday use. For girls wanting more dramatic or with who have smaller lashes i wouldn't recommend as i don't think it would please their needs. I wish it was waterproof! I personally will buy this product again.

EDIT: I've upgraded my rating for this product. After leaving this to sit in my makeup drawer for awhile, I decided to give it another whirl, and must say I'm a bit happier with it second time around (I feel like the formula has become a bit easier to work with). Still not a HG for me, but does the trick. Seems to have less clumping the more I use it making it a bit easier to build up now. I took it to Aus with me, and it held up well in the heat too.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I feel bad writing this after reading so many positive reviews for this mascara, but it honestly didn't do it for me. I generally look for mascaras that add a bit of volume and length without being over the top. This mascara did nothing for me in terms of increasing volume and length - if anything I would say it made my lashes look shorter.

I found it quite hard to build up too, and that my lashes would clump together majorly if I applied more than one or two coats.

It did last well throughout the day though (no smudge marks!), and it's pretty good at separating out your lashes for those who prefer that look.

I think this mascara is fine if you're wanting something for a very natural look. There's been a lot of rave reviews about it, so I could be the odd one out with this one!

I got mine on sale for about $12 from Kmart so if you're on the fence about purchasing it's affordable enough to at least give a shot.

I think this product is great for its price, I would recommend this to students on a budget.

I found that it lengthened my lashes naturally and they didn't look over done.

It lasted me a long time and wasn't mucky i.e smudgy :)

I will be buying this product again.

I used this when I was at school, and it was perfect for that. It lengthened my lashes and separated them with no clumps or mess at all.

I don't usually go for rubber bristled brushes but this one was perfect, and despite being a huge wand, the tapered end still allowed easy application on the inner lashes.

I now prefer more dramatic mascara but this is perfect for everyday. I wouldn't use this if I was going out as it isn't overly voluminous, but it's so affordable and so pretty that you can't go wrong. It is a perfect lengthening and separating mascara without being too dramatic. The formula is fantastic - not too wet but it also doesn't dry out quickly.

I have the orange tube and boy is it good..now rumor is that cover girl are also owned by maxfactor or something along the lines of that. And I adore max factor's mascaras they definitely perform on their promises.

At first glance the brush on this baby looks huge and I did have some eye watering moments of poking myself in the eye. Once you get your head around the shape of the wand you are on your journey to having beautiful lashes.

This was great as it lasted all day and didn't smudge, the only downside I found to this was its shelf life- seemed to dry out quickly. It also seemed to take FOREVER to get the volume or look that I wanted....but great things take time right?

This mascara is always on special and affordable! Win win !

This mascara is a must for all girls that want naturally darker and longer lashes without a more dramatic look. It easy to apply and comes off easily with my cleanser and water, even though it lasts all day even through my sweating at the gym. Definitely holy grail mascara!
