I absolutely am in love with this eyeliner... it stays in place all day, is accurate and easy to apply, and best of all, it's cheap as chips!! I am consistently impressed with Essence's products at the moment and I absolutely recommend this product to anyone on a budget looking for a great and easy-to-use liner. I will definitely be repurchasing this

For eyeliner girls!
I'm a big cat eyeliner girl and this is a must have! Love the pen tip, making wings effortlessly precise. Lasts all day as it is waterproof, doesn't smudge at all. perfect for fellow eyeliner girls! + the price and affordability is beyond this world for a quality eyeliner.

I found this eyeliner pen to be dark and easy to use, however the felt tip was slightly too long in my opinion. It works well and doesn't flake or crack when used, however I didn't really see a difference between this waterproof eyeliner and a non waterproof one. As long as you don't rub the eyeliner when wet you will be fine.
Tips: Keep the cap on properly, mine dried up fast.
