I really wanted to like this eyeliner as the range of colours and price point are fantastic. Initially I was happy because the application process was easy with the pencil gilding on and the colour (#1 Black Lace) looking great. Unfortunately, this eyeliner did not wear very well for me and resulted in panda eyes, especially around the waterline. I have normal skin and my eyelids aren’t oily either. I will be going back to my Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners instead.
