I have the nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk and black bean. I primarily use the shade milk, not as an eyeshadow or a liner, but as a base. I find because it is a creamy/white shade it is really effective when u layer your "coloured" eyeshadows on top. It helps the shadows be more vibrant and also makes them last way longer and not crease. I simply close my eyes, draw over my lid with the jumbo pencil, then blend with my finger. These are really good as bases, and so affordable.

I love these! I have a stack of these in my makeup caddy, all different shades and I find these are super handy to have! I love that they come in a huge range of colours and that the price is pretty affordable! My favourite by far is Milk which has cult status, and I love using this as an eyeshadow base over my eyelid primer. It just brightens up your eyes and makes any eyeshadow stand out and appear much more vivid! I love using it in my inner corner as well which just helps create a lovely glow to the eye. The only negative I find is that they are not 100% creaseless, they do crease over time so I wouldn't wear these on my own but they are amazing underneath your shadows. Go buy some now!
Tips: The price can vary where you purchase....Trademe, Cutie&Beautie;, BeautyJoint all sell these but the prices can vary, so shop around for the best deal! :)
The Nyx jumbo pencils are a cult product and the first one I chose about a year about was a nice creamy brown colour. Even with a primer this creased very badly with my hooded eyelids. However, this year I have purchased FIVE new colours - light green, dark green, black, white and purple. Why?! These are amazing for costumes! You can do amazing coloured makeup designs with these pencils, and they are much easier to use than face paint because you can precisely draw on your face and body. My favourite design is two face from the Batman films (Google it!).
Omgosh I brought these in a pack from nyx site itself and it truly is worth all the hype. Makes great and pigmented eyeshadow and eyeliner, definitely a product worth having and not expensive either though if it was I actually would pay more for it I love it that much.
Yes, the hype around this product is real! Many YouTubers have raved about this product, and for good reason. This is a cheap creamy eyeshadow base which is multifunctional. I have the colour "Milk" and I use it as an eyeshadow base to make my shadows adhere and last better, as well as appear brighter. I use it as a highlighter on my face under my shimmer highlighters, and I also use it to brighten my lower waterline and make my eyes appear bigger and brighter. I really like this product as it is a good quality for it's price. My only con about this product is that it is quite difficult to sharpen due to it's size and the packaging, however I just use a brush to get it out now. Overall, this is a great product, and something that I would consider a staple in any makeup user's kit, especially if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to something like a MAC paintpot.
I have this in milk and cottage cheese, the milk colour is amazing under shadow to make it stay longer and look brighter and looks nice in the water line too. The only thing I didn't like was that it's kinda hard to find a good sharpener for them.
Tips: I apply them onto my eyelid and warm it up with my finger to work the colour in. This is also good as a brow bone highlight and in re corner highlight
I have this in the color 'milk' which is just a matte white color. This is great and has so many uses :) highlight your brow bone, use as a primer/eyeshadow base, use in your water line to brighten up the eye area. It lasts for a decent amount of time and is overall a great product, cheap too!
I have a light golden nude and i do love it when I'm going for that natural inhance of natural beauty ;) It glides on realy easy and isn't to sticky, it can blend with powder eyeshadow or just smudged around for a shimmer shine around eye, i use it all around my eye and it looks great, the price is reasonable for its SIZE! It's big. I have trouble finding good a sharper that's big enough for it thoe..... it should come with one. It's over all a classy eye pencil and I'm quite interested to purchase more colors eventually coz there is so many to pick from, apparently the white milk is the must have.
I heard a lot about this product from beauty gurus. And had to try it for myself. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to everyone. The staying power is incredible!
Tips: Great as a base under eyeshadow.
Nyx Milk and Nyx black. It may seem monochrome but these will become staples for you once you've tried them! Nyx milk especially is the BEST eyeshadow base i've found to stop creasing and make your eyeshadows have the colour payoff that will make even the cheapest brands look like magic. I love using Nyx milk for bright multi coloured eye looks, especially with pinks and reds that would otherwise melt into my skin tone. And NYX Black is to-die-for under greys and golds. Nyx milk is also great in the waterline to help you look more awake and brighten up your eye area. The formula isn't perfect bu it is blendable and as a base does last a fairly long time. They're creamy but if you apply too much it will crease so use a light touch!
Tips: Less is more, if you put too much on it will crease, you want just enough to give you a sheer finish as your base!
