This was one of the first liners I ever used! It's got a nice texture, not quite as soft as I would like though, can drag a little. Nice black colour. Unfortunately the staying power isn't the best and it smudges a lot. It's alright for the price but to be honest I think there is better out there for only a slightly higher price.

This is yet another black khol eyeliner that everyone has in there collection. Its as good as any other eyeliner pen out there.
It has good colour pay of and its very creamy and glides on very good. The black is very black! So its very good!
The ones I got had built in sharpeners which I think is a plus and just makes everything so much easier to use.
I got this free with something, and never used it until I ran out of another liner. I've used this and it's very pigmented (I have the black one), but the lasting power isn't amazing.
I don't wear pencil liner much anymore, I prefer liquid. I will keep using it on my waterline but I won't repurchase as it doesn't stay on all day.
I got this pencil in the black and it was a nice rich dark black. It generally glides on nicely but occasionally I found that it tugs/catches. I tend to use this when I want a smokey eye as it does smudge very easy. I found that with it smudging easy, it doesn't last all day and can imprint on lower brow where eyelid rests when open.
I purchased this eyeliner in the colour deep ocean when I was filling in time at pharmacy. I was wanting a navy blue eyeliner to go with a gold eyeshadow and this seems to fit the bill and was a low price point. It went on smoothly with no tugging, but less than five minutes after having it on it had smudged and fallen out. Until I found the Nyx slide on eyeliners I figured all eyeliners did this but now I know they shouldn't! It is a real shame because the colour is stunning but I just can't wear this.
This was my first ever eyeliner and for $9 it was very affordable to buy and I thought I did an amazing job. But now that I actually have a job I don't reach for this eyeliner anymore as I have found for me it smudges and it doesn't have a lot of staying power. I have also found that the black isn't that pigmented also. They have an alright color range. I was also appealed to this brand due to a loyalty card when you buy sixth products the seventh one is free.
Tips: Great for beginners or someone on a budget
This eyeliner was the first I ever purchased, way back in the day when I was about fourteen and on a teenage budget! The quality was okay, and while I was still in my 'makeup training wheels' it was good to experiment with some cheap brands like DB. However, after years of experience with makeup now, I have moved on somewhat.
I have used both the Gold and Metallic Brown colours. Both are smooth to apply and blend nicely, but don't last the whole day and aren't very pigmented. For the price these are great options, but I personally would stick with lighter colours from this brand so it will be less obvious if they smudge throughout the day.
Personally, I tend to opt for liquid liners instead as they last longer and have a more dramatic effect.
Tips: For a smokey eye these are great to use - simply apply then smudge with a fingertip. Otherwise a subtle line can look great as well with mascara.
So I have tried a couple of these and some of the ones besides the black do not go on as easily as the black the black one is easy to apply but the problem with it is that its very easily smudged so you can end up with panda eyes or and clumps some are really pretty coloured they have a nice range but my experience with the black is its not for long term use because of the smudging look the price is not bad
I am impressed with the Designer Brand range as they do have a large amount of products that are high quality for their price but this eyeliner is sadly not one of those products.
It comes in a professional looking pencil and when you run the eyeliner across your water line it is a really black pigmented eyeliner. After a few minutes of wear time it moves down to your lash line and continues down your face.
Please note that the formula of this pencil is soft and creamy, it glides easily but there is no staying powder after that. I have used this eyeliner countless amounts of times and it always ends up under my lash line at the end of the day.
On a good note this is easy to remove with makeup remover, I don't agree with the price, you can buy better quality pencils for the same or less than this pencil.
I will not be repurchasing.
When I was on a very tight budget and had run out of black eyeliner this was the product I chose. I generally look for a nice soft pencil that doesn't feel like its dragging on the skin and a nice rich pigmented color. This pencil is pretty good, not the best.. But does the job. I do feel like it drags a little bit and the pencil itself is quite hard to use.. So you want to make sure its not super pointy if you are lining your inner eye. The color pay off is pretty good, but not as dark as I would usually like it. All in all, great for the price if you are on a budget but you need to be a bit more thorough with application to get a more intense color!
Tips: I would recommend drawing a little bit on your hand first to flatten any points.. I find it quite hard and it drags on the eye a little bit which isn't good if you are lining your inner eye.. Excluding that, its pretty good for the price!
